I compared the date on the Electro2 document to today's... putting aside the fact that they're absurd, at the very least, they aren't the same. That's interesting to me when Marie has been talking about the coma patient as though she has yet to perish. If this is an entirely different day than when the documents were recorded, then that should be impossible.
I wonder, therefore, if we are in some kind of time loop. Or at the very least, a time that flows somewhat against the clock of this virus. Time manipulation spells are possible where I am from - our enemies, the house of Lancaster, were able to use it in a variety of ways. It could explain why the electronics don't seem to be able to keep up.
