Indeed. There is a distinct lack of magic here.
[If he can't be divine, at least he can have some form of magic. The lack of both is disturbing as hell.]
We hath seen - or at least heard of - a similar situation in our world. A god wast summoned, but she had no body, so she wert infused into armor.
