WEEK 3

[It has begun. With the death of the Spinner and the execution of the Indulgent, they remaining Titled will be plagued once more by vivid dreams. And just as last week, they are awoken by the sounds of doors creaking open.

Just like last week. But no one had died last week. Right? No one had been subjected to that...thing.

And yet the strange, cold feeling of foreboding remains. And it is certainly most worrisome to those living in rooms 3, 4, 6, and 15. Those who pass by room 7 and 8 will feel that same, worrisome feeling of foreboding as well.

What will they wake up to find? Who knows, now. If dragons are real, anything is possible.

There are thirteen strangers in this place.]

...D'you think you can help? Clearing a space would be hard for me alone.

[She may be decently strong for her build and have a good amount of stamina, but if she wants it to be a certain size...]

I can make us the tools we need, too, now that we have a forge.

What other things can you make?

Weapons, mostly. [ He shrugs ] That was what we had call for, in those days. Swords, daggers, halberds, pikes,spears, axes. That sort of thing. I could probably manage a bow, but I am not very good with wood. But farming tools we had need of also, basic things like spades and shovels are not hard, really.

I might still remember enough for pins and clasps and jewelry too, I suppose, but my hands won't manage the fine detail any more.

[Weapons catches her ear, although she knows that it wouldn't be easy to make a gunblade in here, considering the moving parts required and the lack of any orbal energy source.]

That's pretty cool. Handy if we need to sharpen any of the weapons we were given, too.

[Jewelry-making isn't something she's interested in, but maybe if Emma or Alisa were here, they'd like it... but that last bit is interesting??]

You make it sound like you're an old man.

[ Says the guy who looks no older than probably mid-late twenties. MAYBE early thirties ]

[She will squint at him a little. This is not the look of a man who's purportedly a grampa!! But maybe it's natural. Or maybe it's Maybelline.]

I think Sara'd be jealous, then.

[She's calling bullshit here, because what are elves??]

[ He hums at her cheerfully ]

You have mentioned her before. Why, how old do you think I am, Fie?

Around 25. [Which is Sara's age, incidentally.]

[ He laughs - not unpleasantly, just a delighted ring of sound ]

Ai! For my people, 25 is still ... well, for Men, I think the equivalent age would be... probably just over their toddler stage, I think.

Fie, I have seen some nine thousand six hundred sun years, give or take.

[Ollllllllllld. She's judgin' him, man. Okay no, she's still a little skeptical but then again other people have told her a number of weird things that she's never heard of already, so she'll roll with it.]

So should I be calling you great-great-great-great-great-great-grandpa then?

[Actually she probably missed some greats in there.]

[ He laughs softly again at that ]

I think Maglor will do - I doubt that we are kin, after all!

You can adopt everyone. Then you can be everyone's great-great-great-great-great-great-grandpa.

[But in all honesty, she was just teasing a little in her own way anyways.]

Everyone? [ He raises an amused eyebrow at her ]

Are you so sure everyone wants to be adopted?

We could set up a poll.

[It's not like she has much else to do some of these days, smh.]

Just so long as you do not ask Papyrus to announce it.
