That's one way to put it, but... yeah. He was a human at some point and government used him for experimentation that turned him into that.
[ Karma really didn't look offended in the slightest. In fact, he actually looks a bit soft, as if reminiscing about something for a second. ]
Still didn't stop him from being the best teacher our class could have ever had.
