She's dressed in a hospital gown with a bandage around her head. Pants or even shoes or socks are definitely absent from her look. Catch her wandering about anywhere in the store, looking absentminded and unimpressed!

[ A bit later Helena can be found in the hallway of 1E, in front of Your High Horses specifically. She's still barefoot, still in her hospital gown and extremely pissed, if the hands placed on her hips angrily and the scowl on her face are any indication. ]

I thought we might have reached the peak of grotesquery when we were told to kill or be killed right in front of all these security cameras, but no.
Whether or not everyone is destined to die, heaven forbid anyone who isn't rich or at least neo riche have access to luxury fashion items. In this wretched world we hang onto class differences until literally our last breath.
