Well, Chariot garnered a lot of press for her impressive theatrics, but she also had a lot of... traditionalists bothered. A lot of old-school witches didn't like her magic, they said it was all flashy nonsense. Still, it inspired a lot of people. One of the students I'm currently giving extra-curricular lessons to is incredibly determined to "become just like Chariot"...
