Well, it's mostly a good morning. Those who are waking up in their bedrooms wake up to another boring morning. At least as boring as this place can allow, but even so, everything seems perfectly fine in that wing. Perfectly normal.

However, that feeling of normalcy might not stick around for too long. Especially as people start approaching the stairs going down to the food court...]

[ So considering what Ursula won from excessive gambling the machines, she was very serious this morning about making a repair potion. Which means she does indeed end up heading towards the food court and its many tables with her supplies.

How bad is it? ]

[ WELP, Pokedad is gonna get some of the best meal of the day right here.

He's gonna stop over at Anto Jitos to get some food and a cup of hot coffee. Anything unusual? ]

[Well, the first thing that will hit her when she's coming down the stairs?

A very pungent smell. It sure wasn't a thing last night.]

[Aside from the stinky stink, Anto Jitos is actually clear. Have at it before things go sideways, Pokedad!]

[ ... That smell is definitely not her potion ingredients, oh god. Ursula is now very concerned. Is it coming from a specific direction? ]

[ ...okay, he's just going to get a pan dulce and a cup of coffee for the road, then.

He's taken to eating his food in the cat cafe a lot of the time, so is the smell coming from there? ]

[Not only is it coming from a specific direction - the smell is also very much reminiscent of burnt seafood.]

[Nope, the cats still smell like cats here. Infact the smell is somewhat fainter here.]

[ ... Burnt... seafood... wait. Ursula thinks for a minute, and her first concern is that there might be a fire or something, so she sets her potion things down and heads off in the direction of Crab-o-Licious. Please don't let the mall be burning down. ]

He's just going to slowly make his way forward, resting his cane against the wall in favor of using that for support. ]

Well, Kurama was going to get breakfast but that smell is really unpleasant. Not to mention concerning. He's going to go check out the area of the Mosaic and elevator where he set up his target course, because it's the most generally suspicious area in his mind.

The moment she runs across the threshold of Crab-O-Licious, her foot smacks into something, which instantly loses tension from being hit. It might cause her to trip and even fall, but more importantly:

[Joey gets to the Food Court for breakfast and really, really doesn't want to deal with that smell. She'll keep an eye on Ursula and Ren from across the way but first can she please get some Cinna-fun?]

[ Oh jesus christ, trip she almost does, but she manages to regain her balance. What did her foot smack into? She's gonna look at it. ]

[ Oh shit, now she's really worried, so she'll make her way (more carefully, this time) toward the source of the splashing sound and investigate. Please let this just be some kind of maintenance error... ]

[Well, Akechi was eating a bagel from the cafe, but seeing Ursula trip in the doorway as he walks by the source of that pungent burned seafood smell has caught his attention. He's going to come help investigate, and surely won't regret having food in his hand, right?]

If we're fortunate, someone accidentally started a fire while attempting to make breakfast and that sound was them attempting to put it out.

[She did want it. But on the other hand, she's...not going to be able to enjoy that with the closest things to friends she's made here poking around in horrible seafood smell land, is she?]
