Much to discuss? We only just solved the murder. There wasn't a lot of new information at all. Shouldn't a party be more like R&R before we investigate the new floor tomorrow?

[She seems to have no appetite, but approaches the task of eating with the same carnivorous fervor she's brought to everything else on this shitshow of a day.]

[ It's not that he cares. He doesn't care about any of them. Not at all. He'd sell all of their souls, if he could. What's getting to him is how little control he has to do anything. The weapons log, this trial, so much is out of his control and worse giving him emotions he didn't think he could feel.

It's too human, and he doesn't like feeling as mortal as he currently does. It sits uncomfortably beneath his skin, like some kind of disease or parasite slowly twisting deeper and deeper into him. ]

Everyone has a price, Miss Angela. That hasn't changed. To some, that will inevitably be "freedom from this place at the cost of others." But I doubt they'd just let anyone go even if someone got away with murder. There's a purpose behind this entire thing, and I doubt it's so Marie has something to do.
