THE THIRD INVESTIGATION

THE THIRD INVESTIGATION

[It is very early. Very, very early. It's still night, even. Most are probably still asleep.

They will not be asleep for long.

Not after the screaming suddenly starts coming from the voices outside their doors, if they are in the apartment car, in their rooms.]

Oh god oh god oh god-

B____R! FOOT IN MY MOUTH INDEED!

[And certainly not after the big

BOOM

That suddenly rocks the train. There is screeching, moaning, and a flash of great darkness. Everyone, for a moment, is blinded by blackness. There are shouts and screams that echo, no matter where one is. Smoke and begins to fill the hall of the apartment car.

Tali's body had a tablecloth wrapped around the waist, presumably in an attempt to stem the flow of blood.

There were several glass shards in Tali's stomach. She also had a bunch of small cuts and bruises on her. She got covered in dirt and grime, probably from the explosion. Lastly, the tablecloth was tied tightly around her waist, probably to try and stop the bleeding.

So, the upper level of the dining car is inaccessible due to almost certainly killing any who go up there, there was dust on the floor due to an axe having been embedded in the ceiling, and a sword near the late princess. The axe appears not to have drawn blood, while the sword has.

Furthermore, a trail of blood leads from the luggage car to where Tali fell, so the origin of that seems a bit obvious.

Oh yes, and the lights were doing a rather good impression of horror film lighting.
