Attention, Strangers. It's time for the trial now.
Please bring whatever you see fit and not anything against the rules.
[And so it is, that the Strangers must come once more to the elevators, to the room where the force field sits and their podiums wait. Three more people are now Xed out, as if they never existed.
Once everyone is in place, five podiums light up red.]
[There is no hesitation, no pause, before the clock begins, and the ticking echoes through the chamber. The evidence is there for the remaining Strangers to see, and organize. Voting must happen to ensure justice. What else is there to say, then?

[He has thoughts that are going places.]

It's possible. I didn't check the thing myself, but I think I think they have some thing to show what's going on inside the thing...though that might just be checking on the pressure inside.
[Surprise! He's not a fire extinguisher expert.]

It's possible, but...can anyone even tell if that's what happened? I don't think most of the people here have medical knowledge, or enough to tell that much.
[Ambrosine might, being a necromancer, but he really shouldn't assume.]

I guess we gotta figure out then - did they set her on fire after to hide something, or if they like....hit her with the laser bat, did that set her hair on fire, and then Jonathan tried to put that out with the doodad?
no subject
I think...we saw some of what happened. That Jonathan used his power to check on Vita, I think. The original probably wouldn't stop until either the killer was dead, or he was. I think, if anyone put out the fire...it would have to be the killer.

So....why? Why would a killer not want to burn as much evidence as they could to ashes?
no subject
I'm not sure about it, but...would anyone here want to burn a body? It just...doesn't strike me as something someone here would do on purpose. Even if it was to get rid of evidence, we have an incinerator. Setting a fire in the kitchen...it's unnecessary, and I don't think anyone here would do it.

[because, yeah, she has so many more injuries. he doesn't know about the details of the vision, though, just that Jonathan had been crying]

[ So there's his thoughts on that. ]

[Maybe if he sticks to basic facts of what he saw, he won't upset Osomatsu again.]

[He has at least theories about most of the other injuries?]

I didn't do a very good job. Tried to dissolve the corpse in chemicals, but they found the skeleton.
Anyway, it's not too unusual to think that someone might want to be needlessly dramatic so as to confuse us.

[There is no other way to react to this, as far as he's concerned.]

Not one of my proudest moments.

[So like, no loss and he deserved it.]

[It's one thing to do something like 'Have the corpses hold hand,' it's another to do 'Burn the dead body to add insult to injury and get rid of evidence.' At least that's how he sees it.]
