WEEK 3



[The week begins as last week began. But there's is a great difference-murder. It has happened. Blood has been drawn; it cannot be undone. The Game has made itself known. The Game is paramount. The Game simply is.

As morning dawns, those who were not present with the DEAD lock will find that the doors that were locked are now gone-and a whole new area has finally opened up to them. They will also find that they remember something they had not been able to recall beforehand. The question is, was it worth it?

And-is it you, or is the ship getting...colder as the hours go by? No, it's not just you. By the end of Sunday, the ship has started to dip into freezing temperatures. It might be difficult for people to bundle up-unless you're Brain, who will find his closet inundated with winter clothing that fit him perfectly.

Yup. This is going to be a long week, as if last week wasn't bad enough.

If it needed that much blood, then shouldn't this all be... well... useless? There were only ever 19 of us here. And that...

I wouldn't be so sure...I've seen blood soaked into the floor of the ship, and when I was next to Roland...well, I'm pretty sure there are roots spread everywhere. Any blood spilled here is absorbed by the tree.

It's also possible that the victims were chosen for especially high potency. Even humans can have powerful souls, and I know my blood is worth gallons to the drop.

[Akane may have been thinking along the same lines, actually, but she still looks at her quizzically before turning and rummaging briefly.

She finally turns back around with a very, very small knife that does, at least, seem to be sharp, which she offers silently.]

[ She takes the knife, and, without flinching, as if she's done this hundreds of times before, slashes her own wrist and holds it over an empty shot glass.

It doesn't bleed, not at first, until she glares intently at the glass and whispers "BLEED, DAMN IT". THEN the glass is full, and she sets it aside.

Vampire vitae, even if you're a neonate, is powerful shit.

She wipes the blood off her wrist with a paper towel, and, notably, the wound does not bleed despite still being very much open. ]

Alright, where should I put this?
