WEEK 3



[The week begins as last week began. But there's is a great difference-murder. It has happened. Blood has been drawn; it cannot be undone. The Game has made itself known. The Game is paramount. The Game simply is.

As morning dawns, those who were not present with the DEAD lock will find that the doors that were locked are now gone-and a whole new area has finally opened up to them. They will also find that they remember something they had not been able to recall beforehand. The question is, was it worth it?

And-is it you, or is the ship getting...colder as the hours go by? No, it's not just you. By the end of Sunday, the ship has started to dip into freezing temperatures. It might be difficult for people to bundle up-unless you're Brain, who will find his closet inundated with winter clothing that fit him perfectly.

Yup. This is going to be a long week, as if last week wasn't bad enough.

[That comes so naturally with Maki that Kaito has to cough.]

She's...had a rough life. Maki Roll. Stoppit.

...He asked if I was strong. [The doll explains.] I am. I'm...strong enough to make it clear to everyone that I'm not afraid of anyone. [The doll seems to try to braid at one of her pigtails.]

[ This was actually kind of fun.

He tried to restrain the small chuckle that escaped him at Kaito's reaction following the little 'doll's' response. This young woman was likely someone he was truly quite close to him back home... probably in that game he'd been trapped in before. ]

Hahaha! I like that spirit of hers! We're quite similar, then!

[ The little doll 'throws' its head back when it laughs, one hand on it's hip. ]

See? It's okay. Vanitas has had it rough as well, so don't worry about it.

He's a boisterous kinda guy, huh?

[Kaito chuckles. This actually is kind of fun, in its own way.]

Are we? ...I'm not sure if we are. What makes you stong then, Vanitas? [Maki, however, is appraising.]

He's a very unique young man, you could say that. I find him quite endearing.

[ The doll seemed to huff at him, but then turned back to the Maki doll. ]

I'm glad you asked. Because I find you interesting, I'll tell you. I'm just a simple human working to save vampires from deadly curses, and the threat of death means very little to me after everything I've been made to endure in this damnably cruel world.

[ Oh dear. He's getting into it! Complete with some relatively dramatic little motions, such as making the little Vanitas 'flip' his hair over one shoulder. ]

I have a goal to achieve and I won't stop until I've reached it.
