[It is freezing. The temperature? Who knows at this point.

Today is a day for blankets and whatever you can grab to keep yourself warm. It truly seems like there is a winter without end, and that eventually everything will wither and die, including you. So bitter. So harsh. So cruel.

It's not fair. Then again, didn't Zero say life isn't fair? Well, Zero isn't freezing his butt off. Really, it's just too cold on the ship to do much of anything outside of keeping warm. Like, say, murder.



Right? Well. There's only one way to find out. So, what are the Strangers doing as they wake up shivering on this cold, cold day, which may or may not be a Friday according to the calendar?]

He's going to look for signs of just how bad all of that mess is, in terms of... how badly broken/crushed are they? Like... bloody or like this happened after death? ]

[There's some bruising, but it's a bit...difficult to tell when exactly this injury was made.]

[ Still concerning and of note here. Could have happened prior to his death for all he knew.

Going to move on and check the next closest injury. How bad is it? ]

[Well, if you're checking on his chest you'll definitely feel swelling and see bruising once you lift his shirt up. Which. Yikes.

Looks like the injury chart got that right.]

[ Oh he's definitely covering all bases here. Are these injuries consistent with how he'd been underneath the slot machine?

Going to touch where the bruising is, assessing as much as he could if any ribs stood out to him as being broken. ]

[Yeah, he will be able to feel that something is broken in there near one of his lungs.]

[ This just suggests the blow occurred and he was... o h.

Bleeding out while being crushed underneath a slot machine. This was fine. Alastor seems to have the other injury handled so there's likely nothing else of note, then? ]

[Not on the immediate body, no.

Care to look elsewhere in the nearby vicinity?]

[ Naturally. After a short prayer for Kaito's soul, he's going to take a look around to see what else he can find. ]

[As he looks, he'll find a few things behind the slot machine.

Well, the area where the slot machine that fell on Kaito is.]

[ Okay! Going to check that area out.

[The most obvious thing is a wedge.

However, there's other miscellaneous items pointing to the items and wedge having one purpose: leveraging something.]

[ Going to look between those items and the wedge.

Taking a guess that it's probably what helped with tipping over the slot machine. Is there any sort of blood or anything on those items? ]

[No.]

[ Looking at them, is it fairly easy to surmise they were used in tipping over the machine? ]

[strangerpeople]

[Looks like it, yes.]

[ Going to make a note of this and then going to see if there was anything else around or if this was it.

After all, he would have to go get a camera to take pictures of this all. ]
