[It is freezing. The temperature? Who knows at this point.

Today is a day for blankets and whatever you can grab to keep yourself warm. It truly seems like there is a winter without end, and that eventually everything will wither and die, including you. So bitter. So harsh. So cruel.

It's not fair. Then again, didn't Zero say life isn't fair? Well, Zero isn't freezing his butt off. Really, it's just too cold on the ship to do much of anything outside of keeping warm. Like, say, murder.



Right? Well. There's only one way to find out. So, what are the Strangers doing as they wake up shivering on this cold, cold day, which may or may not be a Friday according to the calendar?]

[...hm. Well that's...not ideal. Brain will just take a quick picture of that before following that trail, looking for anything out of place other than the Obvious]

[Well, s lot of the pink looks...weird. Thicker than it should.]

[....Okay that is, in fact, weird. He's going to drop to a knee next to it to try and get a better look]

[Brain can probably see that the blood looks more...pasty? Gel-like? Than normal blood should or would look like.]

[well that's...curious.

If the trail has taught him anything, it's that Evidence is Stored in the Container, so he's going to just pop off to the kitchen real quick and get one of those and like

a spoon

and he's just going to try and scoop some of that up with the spoon to put in the container.

Though he is also gonna give it a sniff. What's it smell like?]

Well that's...interesting. He resists the urge to lick it, and instead will spoon as much as he can into that container before closing it up.

How's that blood trail doin?]

[Well, as mentioned, the trail seems to go to the swimming pool.

It might behoove Brain to go check it out.]

[fortunately that happens to be his next plan of action, so he'll scoot a little closer to the pool so he can see what there is to see]

[He will see that the water is cloudy with pink and red hues. But mostly pink.]

[Someone took a dip here.

Speaking of, he's going to dip his hand in that and pull it up and see if that pink smells sweet, and if there's any other smells]

[It smells like chlorine and-vaguely-copper.]

[Interesting, but no sweet, huh?

Brain will take one more picture, just for good measure.

The coppery smell has him a bit unsettled because lol blood but...well.
