[It is late in the afternoon when the Titled finally wake up from their long, vivid sleep. What day is it? Maybe it doesn't matter.

They weren't awake when it happened, but the final set of doors have opened. The Intercessor hasn't emerged from their room. There is no sign of the grumpy old man. And, the Titled may notice that nothing has been cleaned up - including the remains of those who prompted the Investigation - since they went into the Debate Hall. No new food has been supplied in the Kitchen, either.

The only replenishing food supply is in the Conservatex - who knows when those'll get ripped out from the ground out of spite, though. Their captors certainly showed themselves to not be above petty revenge, unfortunately.

So many questions now swirl. Is the old man hiding? Is the Intercessor ok? What the hell happened with the dragon? What about that other group which the Titled have come to realize exist? What did their captors have planned? And...really, what the hell else is going to happen now?

Whatever it is, it's not going to be good.

So get ready, Titled.

There are nine (but perhaps only eight?...) strangers in this place.]

That would depend on where we are using it, I think - tis risky to use it in common areas where one of us might get caught up in it.

We could try it out near the forge? I dunno how many people go near it nowadays.

Rather hard to make you all good weapons if you scatter glass everywhere. Doable, but annoying.

[OKAY point, we always need more pointy swords and shit anyways.]

The place with all the pipes, then? I don't even know what the point of that room is.

As good a choice as any. [ He hums in agrement ]

Off we go, then. Hope no one gets mad at us.

[With a bunch of glass bottles and powder aw yeah??]

What they do not know cannot hurt?

[ Sometimes it is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission okay ]

[She totally brought a stick that was on fire, shhh.]

[ He counts them in and then tosses the bottle ]

[When the dust has scattered enough, Fie will toss the lit stick over and--

Fwoosh. It's over quickly as it generates a fairly impressive fireball - while relatively small, the heat can be felt a little even from where they're standing. It doesn't leave much but light signs of charring where the flames hit the stone, but now there's glass all over the floor. Success??]

Good to know that it works. It should be more impressive if we have more in there.

Aye - the only problem is that clearly someone needs to be here to toss the fire. It would be better if we could generate a way to do it without the need for someone to actually be here.

There are crossbows around, so maybe we could shoot a flaming arrow instead?

[Can they graduate to making semi-remote explosions??]

Mm, that would probably be safer. We would need something to hold the flame - I suppose if we raided the clothier and soaked rags of the clothes in alcohol it would work.
