WEEK 5
[Morning breaks. Memories return. And those who ventured to the DEAD have opened the doors. New areas have opened-and as Sunday comes, the survivors will find that their rules have also changed.
Someone is displeased. Now, there is no preventing the bodies from being subsumed by the ship without the offender being punished with death. No more mercy will be given. There will not be a third time the ship is deprived.
What is to happen now? There's still one more floor that seems to be locked. There is still no escape aside from the X-Door. Will more have to die for the X-Door to be opened? It seems like it, sadly. It's clearly just a question of when.
And-what are those skittering and scratching noises? They are behind the walls, on the ceilings, under the floors. They persist all day and all night. And it's not just the skittering-a foghorn sound at midnight and sounds for the whole hours. Beams snap and creak, the ship as a whole shutters and groans, the noises echoing throughout.
For everyone but Hubert, their sleep will not come easy. Only Hubert will find a pair of earplugs for him to use, after all. Of course, this isn't fair, but-isn't that what Zero always says?
There are currently 11 strangers on this ship.]
GOOSE IS LOOSE (mingle)
(It may also leave random distressing things before you, like Disney's Hercules or Off Brand Kidz Bop or an only half melted package of cow-tongue ice cream cone.)
Kira is also wandering, in search of the pillow and looking generally irate again as foghorn o'clock approaches. He hates the no sleep submotive, he hates the Zeroes and he hates that accursed goose! Unfortunately, it is the goose's city now. Honk.]
REC ROOM
Yet, anyway. Once he does, he may instead be caught chasing the feathered fiend through the halls to try to retrieve his stolen property, before it ends up deposited somewhere inconvenient.]

Was that yours?
no subject
If you're talking about a leather bound notebook, yes.
no subject
[yes, complaining about this is more important than jumping to help Alastor get his shit back.]
It ran out with the notebook just a second ago.
no subject
[And now he's heading out the door, to chase a goose around the ship...he's not sure if this is better or worse than the demon badger.]
Hallways
[This is a thing that's happening.]
[This is definitely a thing that is happening.]
[Hermes is laying on his side, slowly bring dragged bit by bit by the goose.]
[What is his life anymore.]
no subject
Need help there, Hermes?
no subject
Yes, please.

[ Aoi runs towards it with flailing arms and shouting at the top of his lungs! ]
RUN. GO AWAY. BYE. GO AWAY. LEAVE, GOOSE. BYE.
no subject
I don't even fucking know with this ship anymore. It just came up to me and started dragging me somewhere.
[Hermes scratches his front leg as the goose comes back, only to steak something Aoi was holding.]
no subject
[ It stole his ice cream! What an offense. ]
no subject
...So how did you do on the little repairing the doll game?
no subject
I'm tired of getting punished.

Hi, Akane.
[It seems like Hermes has basically just given up fighting against the ship's weirdness.]

[UM]
You don't... look hurt, so, um, do you just... want to... get um....
What... are you doing, actually?
no subject
...
Please help.

E-excuse me... Mr. Goose...?
