That sure is a trail of blood in the D Deck hallway where the bedrooms are. But. I'm sure it's nothing, right?

Blood trail between D and E deck
A bloody bullet hole in the staircase, and seven more in the infirmary. No casings were to be found.
Within a pool of blood, there was the smudge of a bare footprint.
