[The doors at the other end of the city do not open for the Titled. However, whatever is going on in there still brings forth bright lights from within, and ultimately, it is to the steps of the entrance that everyone is drawn to. It's not the most formal setting for figuring out the truth of the matter before them.

Eric's brought the snacks, at least.

The Dragonborn sits at the top of the stairs, looking down as everyone congregates.]

...Having this key...I am certain I can open the door with little difficulty. But before I do we must make certain we know and understand exactly what we will be facing. What we are facing. These people...they are doing something and we must ensure we can somehow stop it.

[ Sorry for being so blunt but he feels like he has to be in this situation. ]

The whole prison area... it was revolting. There were fifteen cages and a number of torture implements that were covered in blood. [ This next part doesn't even sit well with him. So don't mind the hesitation here. ] One cage held a bunch of these sickly, starving dogs, too. Bet anything they were hurt, too.

[Hey Killua, you know what an aura of murderous rage feels like, right? The fact that his eyes are glowing as he tries to hold back from doing something impulsive should be a clue, too.]

[lightnen]

[ Okay... that aura is bad enough that it's sending chills down his spine, and to do that, it takes a LOT to get under his skin.

So that's why Killua had to take a deep breath and turned to look at Junior with a little bit of reluctance. Nothing too discernible unless one was really looking. If they were at home it'd probably hit worse so thankfully this was for the best, along with the reminder that Junior was on their side. ]

...We're going to deal with the bastards responsible for pulling this. Save that for them, not here.

[It's a fortunate thing his powers are shut down, or else he'd be giving off a visible aura in addition to the palpable one. He has to take a deep breath and close his eyes to get them to stop glowing, and his hands are still clenched at his sides.]

Yeah...sorry, I'm just...the way these people toy with others' lives and abuse and mistreat them however they want, even helpless animals...it reminds me way too damn much of my father, and it pisses me right the hell off.

You have all right to be pissed off, and there's nothing wrong with that. I'm pissed off too at how they've been doing stuff here, not just to us but to everyone and i'd love nothing more than to make sure they can't ever do it again to anyone else.

[ Going unsaid is the desire to want to stab certain people in the damn face if he gets ahold of them. ]

They'd better hope they're dead by the time I get my powers back. Because if not...they'll learn the true meaning of 'no mercy.'

[lightnen]

I have no problems letting you do that, long as I can get a hit in on them somewhere.

[ See? Killua's pretty reasonable as far as that's concerned and willing to let Junior go wild as long as he can get a couple hits/injuries in on their stupid captors. ]

Go right ahead. But the final blow is mine. We'll see how they like being dragon chow...

[lightnen]

I look forwards to seeing that for myself. Can't promise everyone else will be willing to let you have the final blow but as far as i'm concerned, you can have it.

[ There they both go talking about murdering someone in the most casual way. ]

If I get my powers back, they'll have a hell of a time taking it from me. I'll be able to burn those bastards alive with just a flick of my wrist.

[lightnen]

[ Now that's kind of impressive sounding all on it's own. He remembers Rubedo in that first day when he'd hit the wall and got burned, and the other had asked him how he did it. Then proceeded to hit it and mentioned his 'powers' generally around there so it wasn't too surprising to hear it now. ]

Sounds like a plan to me. Toast anyone who dares get in your way.

I've got worse in mind for them, too. I hope they'll try to comfort themselves with the idea of an afterlife, so they'll suffer when I rip that away.

They deserve all that and more so I'm not going to argue against that.

[ Questions weren't needed here when he knew this all tied into Junior not being human, along with that Red Dragon ability. ]

Well, we've got until we catch up to them to figure out what else they deserve. I'm usually not a fan of going out of one's way to be cruel, but I think this situation calls for an exception.
