[The doors at the other end of the city do not open for the Titled. However, whatever is going on in there still brings forth bright lights from within, and ultimately, it is to the steps of the entrance that everyone is drawn to. It's not the most formal setting for figuring out the truth of the matter before them.

The people who can't fight should get out of here, but if this is a battle for the fate of this world...I'm staying for it. And I'll bet Killua feels the same way.

I know. But the others need you. [ He murmurs sadly ] I would spare you both this, if I could.

None of that'll matter if we don't stop this thing here. Sometimes being a leader means staying back to make sure there's someone to give orders...but sometimes it means taking the front lines and stopping the world-devouring evil before it can hurt the people who can't fight back.

[He raises his blades, both already coated in blood.]

Besides, you're thinking in terms of how a human would handle this. I haven't told many people, but I was made to fight a God. At least this time, stopping the vision of a planet's destruction won't involve betraying my comrades.

Junior's right. I do feel the same way about this and i'm staying to fight too. We've all come this far and I refuse to back down now.

[ A sigh and he grips tighter onto his hunting knives with a sort of resolute look on his face. ]

I know you wanna spare us from this but running away just isn't something that I'm going to do, especially if it's as serious as it sounds.
