Papyrus, you really think something that exists to devour the world is going to be reasonable? I'm the guy who managed to befriend a Gnosis, of all things, but...what we're dealing with here is a prophecy of the end. And if we let that thing hatch, I'm not sure we'll have the power to stop it. Not unless we got a lot more from these Daedric artifacts we now embody than it seems like.

Do we even know why it's doing this? You can only negotiate with people who think they have a good reason and are willing to accept they might be wrong. I'm sorry, Papyrus, but we can't rest the fate of the world on the hope that a dragon of the apocalypse will change its mind about devouring this entire planet because we asked it nicely to let us live. Not when we can't stop it if the answer turns out to be no.

What good will that do us if we're dead immediately after? I'll only agree to try negotiating if you can say with absolute certainty that we'll have a second chance to stop it if reason turns out to not be an option. Do you really think that, the way we are now, we could stand up to something that devours worlds if we let it hatch and can't convince it not to destroy everything?
