[ He's looking around too! For the most part, he's partnered up with Torri but when she wanders away from him, he's by himself. ]

This sounds pretty funny. A scavenger hunt is a good way to liven things up around here. [ Everybody needs time to relax and cool down, after all! But okay, hm, hm. ] Still... some of these are a little odd. Three sizes...? Does anyone else here know theirs?

[ In other words, yes, he knows his and he doesn't mind giving them out! Or blood if you ask, he's surprisingly trusting. ]

[ He has to get a lot of his suits fitted, given that he's not exactly standard-sized. ]

[ He nonchalantly rattles off a set of measurements that seems about right for a guy who's skinny and doesn't have much muscle tone, because the mun is no good at math. ]

Well, maybe. You're trusting me not to spread them around, right? I think that counts. And I don't mind splitting the money either.

My measurements are 88-72-89. That's in centimeters.

Oh right! I forgot guys have suit sizes. Well, I guess I can trust you...

[It's a set of sizes that makes sense for a growing girl who never skips leg day. Sans any letters. Those aren't necessary.]

And uh, that's in inches. I have no idea how to convert that.

This does seem more game-like and less something they're going to nitpick over. Just how much money do they have to hand out, though...?

From the sound of it? A lot. Most of these aren't very hard, each of us should be able to get at least seven hundred in prizes. Since there's fifteen of us...

...they might be handing out tens of thousands of dollars for free. This is really feeling like the weirdest shopping spree game show ever.

It might be a little more than that. I admit, I'm having a lot of fun with this hunt, but... If you think about it, it isn't much different from the motive. They're just flaunting their money, or worse. They're proving they can make good on what they said on Tuesday.

Oooh. You're right. Gee, didn't I just take a jackknife off the last turnip truck to blow through town? Of course it's a demonstration.

A what off of what? ... nevermind. [ Strange idiom aside! ] Anyway, that's a good question. The only organization I know that could pull something like this off is AngelMarker, and even then I don't see why they would.

They're helping us save the world, they're not kidnappers.

[Which would be enough to get Jude to latch onto them as a conspiracy target who were merely pulling the wool over Wake's eyes and manipulating him, but Joey prefers to leave the conclusion-leaping to him.]

There's plenty of like, big corporations who might have the money to do this, but I don't know how or why they'd pull off the kidnapping. Unless we're actually in a Captain Planet episode. Big corporations do stuff for no reason all the time on that show.

[A scavenger hunt when there's the threat of murder hanging over their heads isn't funny or "a good way to liven things up" as far as Yuuri's concerned. It's just weird and borderline disrespectful. But he doesn't want to be singled out any more than he might be already due to his refusal to participate.]

I don't really know mine, no. I've been measured for costumes but I never asked the seamstress for the numbers.

[As he reads over the list, he shrieks when he gets to the bottom.]

Really? They always take ours during our physical exams, it's hard not to have the numbers memorized by now.

[ And don't worry, Yuuri. That's a normal reaction! Wake is the weird one. He also pulls out a notepad and pen and jots down some numbers for Yuuri. There you go, his three sizes. Totally counts as you getting money. ]

... Yeah, that one is a little weird. I don't mind giving some though, we usually have to give blood samples during exams so I'm used to it.

M-- my weight fluctuates so much sometimes, I guess I didn't want to hear that number, so I tuned out all of it.

[He's so freaked out, but he takes the paper from Wake.]

I don't think I want anybody's blood. It's not worth the money.
