Well, perfume is just liquid. So, fluff doesn't really fit in there. What about a natural thing...

I don't know about that. Don't you think the smell of fresh laundry reminds you of something "fluffy" and "soft"?

Huh, I guess it's both those things. I just think of laundry as unnatural, since the natural state of things is unclean, and then you use purified chemicals. But I guess Torri is about as clean as it gets, so laundry works for that???

[He's imagining Torri washing clothes in a dishwasher now...]

Then again, perfumes in general don't feel like the best gift for Torri. I think she might want something simpler. Something she could take with her wherever she goes. [ A pause! ] Wait, are you really looking for a gift for Torri?

What? Oh, no, no way! Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against her. I just can barely afford anything for myself, never mind her. [He flaps his wrist at Wake's general form] I thought you were looking for a scent for yourself, Wake, and before we got to hang out just now I mostly knew you probably like to do what Torri likes. Or, what I thought she likes. I guess that Lacome doesn't really fit the bill, huh. My bad.
