If someone's hanging around the store, he's going to approach them (from some kind of angle, because no need to outright scare someone) to tap them on the shoulder. Yes, he's wearing them. Yes, he's going to say in the most nonchalant way possible: ]

It gets worse better, too. The ever-so-serious leader of heart-stealing thieves can be found outside the cat cafe at another point of this game. It's actually pretty simple for anyone looking to obtain a stranger's favorite thing here...

If someone approaches him, he will do a somewhat... elaborate gesture with his hands, even going so far as to bow his head (suddenly he's a... butler, apparently), to the door to the cafe. His voice is... very definitely overly-formal, because why the hell not. ]

If you are looking to find a stranger's favorite thing, might I interest you in one of the cats?

[ Despite having been lost in thought while looking at something in the store, it wasn't that surprising for someone to come up and touch him at some point or other. Though what he wasn't expecting that little 'boo' that followed, knowing what the other was trying to get at once he spotted the rabbit ears. ]

Afraid you'd need to work a lot harder if you want to pass as anything remotely spooky, but it's not a bad effort. Most people wouldn't do this anyway.
