FINAL INVESTIGATION
[Its apparent when everyone wakes up that something isn't entirely right: Loewe's profile is gone.
It becomes incredibly apparent why, when people search: the bookshelf in Cafe MYJL has been destroyed, revealing the elevator behind it. Unlike the bookshelf itself, the elevator is not rigged with any kind of scanner; the Titled can get on the elevator without any problem. And, it goes down to the basement.
But. A thought occurs to everyone before they step on the elevator. They don't want to go down unprepared. Once they get on that elevator, they may not be allowed to come back up until they have finished what they started. If they are able to come back up at all.
So. Bring your supplies, your weapons, your notes on all of the information you've thus far gathered, your pets
And one you are prepared, you will find yourselves...going...

[There is a smell of burnt wire permeating the air around the elevator, and as everyone gets closer to the set of double doors at the end of the hall, the smell of bleach. A giant sword is stuck into the floor next to the double doors, with a very hastily-scrawled, blood-speckled note pinned by the sword: BOSS IS THIS WAY. -L
Loewe clearly knew he wasn't getting beyond the double doors alive - and, at the least, he had a sense of humor about it. In any case, at the moment, there is no real means of opening it from the outside anyways. Not yet, at least.
In the meantime, though, the entire basement is now ready to be explored. Some of the doors - Rooms 1, 2, and 6 - are locked with special locks that will need to be figured out, but otherwise?
Welcome to The Hall of Liberation.
And good luck, teams.]

EVIDENCE
I have good news. The recent tests for Nephilix showed huge improvement, and I was also able to confirm some of the information I got from the Conductor.
The new Conductor’s nature is something special, even among us. She didn’t have to die in order to ascend to her state of power; instead she was created through the equivalent of a human’s Imagination. Her true nature is conceptual, as opposed to truly corporeal (unless she decides to be). And even in a different reality almost entirely removed from her own, it’s like her existence simulates an absolute Law.
I’m sure it’s not as powerful as it must have been where she comes from, but I can see why she cautioned me about infusing Nephilix with a piece of her Soul. The Conductor’s nature is absolutely reflected in our creation. During the tests, Nephilix beeped and went into error mode a number of times when I interviewed her about possible scenarios for her program’s use. FOR EXAMPLE, how she’d feel if she ever had to torment someone before killing them and how she would do it, or how she’d react to us breaking our rules to “guide a problem” to “our preferred solution”…actually, we’ll all understand if I say that I just ran down a list of the Composer’s favorite pet ideas under stress! She also stated her preferred method of execution as being as quick and as painless as possible when a killer has been successfully convicted. The opposite of our Composer!
So please send me the kid gloves I need for cleaning all the catfights in my imminent future, but I actually smell an opportunity… First, I’ll keep an eye on Nephilix’s development, and how it relates to those who end up being brought to the Mall as well.

Is this... about Nyaf-ya? Who wrote this?

"Nephilix" sure as heck sounds like Nyaf-ya. It sounds like she's really been suffering, too.

[ ... Okay, well. This hurts, but is there anything else interesting in the room? ]
