[Well, this is...happening. This is a thing. This is your life now. The Commander is expecting you to just up and kill one another, and then try to get away with it. No big deal, right? You guys can handle this. You won't fall for what she has. She's clearly an idiot. A loud idiot, but still an idiot. She's not going to get one over you.

...Right?

In any case, the Commander's quarters are now open for anyone who decides they can actually stand to be in the same room as her, but beware - any favor you might ask of her is going to come at a price, and who knows what she'll ask you to do if you decide to gain a boon from her. Unless you're a suck-up like Baku - then she'll apparently be flattered. Maybe that's a good tactic to use?

[ His eyebrows lift a bit, his head tilting to the side. He walks over to just... casually check for a pulse... ]

Consider the theater? [ alsoooo... ] What happened, anyway?

[ There's a pulse! Which is weird, because despite an fine pulse, his body is cold like a corpse. ]

Maybe... though there's the stairs to deal with.

[ Wow, that's... a tiny bit unnerving but we won't focus on that detail for now. So, aside from a frown, Akira nods in response to Naoya. ]

Wonder what happened, then... [ a sigh ] Anyway, I'm sure we can manage with the two of us. I take one side, you take the other?

[He's strong-ish for a skinny nerd but he's still a skinny nerd, so this'll be interesting. He hooks one of Baku's arms over his shoulders.]

[ And he's gonna follow suit by sliding the opposite arm over his own shoulders. Fortunately, with the two of them, this isn't... too bad? Not in his opinion, at least. ]

All right... [ said as he shifts the weight a bit ] Onward?

[He's tempted to drag Baku over every bump, but no.]

There's no medical room, so... hm. I suppose the theater's as good as any other place, if the Commander doesn't suddenly start cackling.

Well, if she does that, maybe there's a chance she'd manage to wake him up.

[ A small smirk of... somewhat dark humor, maybe? ]

If she doesn't manage to knock him even more unconscious first, I guess.

I'm fairly certain at that decibel level she'd do permanent damage to his hearing. Possibly rupture something. It's certainly be a scare.

[ It's a groggy sound when he speaks. He seems confused and very dazed and if he weren't already deathly pale he'd seem paler than normal. But, you know, he's pale as fuck. So instead he's going to look up at them. ]

[ Baku is his profile. But ugh, human food. Does he even know any human food? Or taste? ]

...I guess I'll need to eat something, then. I'm not looking forward to it.

[ He nods to Naoya while gesturing for them to maybe just. Set Baku down? ]

Once was more than enough. This is just overkill.

[ Akira, that joke is bad and you should feel bad. Yet he doesn't, because funny things happen to death humor when you're pretty sure you're already dead, somehow. In fact, he's just going to shrug as he speaks to Baku. ]

Anyway, it could be worse.

[He does, though it's not all that gentle. He looks at Akira, slightly confused, but whatever.]

The dream eating thing, actually. But yes, you'll need to eat actual human food, it looks like. Or what passes for it, here.

...I guess someone's going to have to grab me food. Not sure I can walk there right now. I didn't exactly eat recently before arriving here.

[ When you're a demon, times between meals can be longer than this. ]

I don't mind doing it. [ looking from Baku to Naoya ] Are you okay with keeping an eye on him while I do that? I'll make it quick, either way.

Yes, I can do that. It's not as if he's going anywhere fast.

[There's a chance where he could - no, but Akira will be back quickly, and he needs to get away with it as well. So he'd have no alibi. No, not yet.]
