[Well, this is...happening. This is a thing. This is your life now. The Commander is expecting you to just up and kill one another, and then try to get away with it. No big deal, right? You guys can handle this. You won't fall for what she has. She's clearly an idiot. A loud idiot, but still an idiot. She's not going to get one over you.

In any case, the Commander's quarters are now open for anyone who decides they can actually stand to be in the same room as her, but beware - any favor you might ask of her is going to come at a price, and who knows what she'll ask you to do if you decide to gain a boon from her. Unless you're a suck-up like Baku - then she'll apparently be flattered. Maybe that's a good tactic to use?


Whatever you do, try not to murder the bread again. The Bread Did Nothing Wrong.

I am not the kind of person religious texts make so much fuss about, Mister Naoya. I do not want people to serenade my name in the streets. I would much prefer to blend in with the people who live average lives and help where I can.

I am an Observer, I do not Interfere... unless I deem it necessary, at least.

I don't really care what kind of god you are in your world. It's not my concern - my goals concern the one in my world. If you don't interfere, and let humans work it out... we have no problems.

It leads me to wonder how said God might view people. I know I had trouble seeing humans as, quite literally, actual humans for quite some time.

I'm trying to sympathize, but it's really very hard to when someone is... controlling. I hate people like that.

A-anyway, I think we can agree that free will is important. I know that I never tampered in my creation's abilities to make their own decisions. I remember that much. Sure, I checked up on them, but I never dictated what they had to do. I prefer... being in the background.

You need to either find a better God or just get rid of Him, in that case. Becoming God yourself is really very easy, at least, in my world.

I'm not sure about 'becoming God', but I'm definitely working on getting rid of Him. I have been for a long time.

I mean, I can get behind the idea of deposing a tyrant. I'm sorry I can't be much help with it from this position, though. Perhaps if I could inhabit various vessels again, I could be of some use... after all, not every one has to be human.

Would that I could gain that ability back here and take our Commander into a gentle sleep for a few hours and allow everyone some information-gathering...
