[Well, this is...happening. This is a thing. This is your life now. The Commander is expecting you to just up and kill one another, and then try to get away with it. No big deal, right? You guys can handle this. You won't fall for what she has. She's clearly an idiot. A loud idiot, but still an idiot. She's not going to get one over you.

In any case, the Commander's quarters are now open for anyone who decides they can actually stand to be in the same room as her, but beware - any favor you might ask of her is going to come at a price, and who knows what she'll ask you to do if you decide to gain a boon from her. Unless you're a suck-up like Baku - then she'll apparently be flattered. Maybe that's a good tactic to use?

I've already been arrested twice and locked up five times, at this point. [ counting being locked in a mall and in here ] Not to mention, I lived a life of actual crime, before all this crap started. The cops outright hated me.

... This is more a personal preference, if anything. It was thanks to some drunk asshole that I even got arrested the first time. [ a sort of... bitterness lurks in his nonchalant shrug ] He got angry because I was stopping him from forcing himself on a woman. And he considered the police his "bitches," as he called them, and used his power to get assault put on my record, instead.

I assumed as such with a title such as 'Phantom Thief,' [That's the joke, Rosenkreuz thinks when he explains that much. Although, in Akira's defense he did think of it as a monster, but he knows what the monster does also. Upon hearing the Tale of the Drunken Ass, his nose wrinkles distastefully.]

Hm, disgusting. Well, 'tis your choice, although I'm certain there's little you could swallow that would make you become like that man. Corruption begins in the heart, does it not?

True... [ glancing away, briefly ] Guess, even in the case of things we spent months learning... we can wind up needing reminders, after all.
