[As Friday morning dawns, everything is quiet. Serene, even. It's been almost two weeks since the beginning of their stay here, and the time to fulfill the Commander's ultimatum offer is almost up. It seems that no one's taken her up on the offer, so far.

Maybe the lack of murder will continue, as everyone starts to go about their day....but there's only one way to find out.

[ Gross! Time to observe the cut and find out what kinda marking it looks like. How deep is it? What exactly does the wound look like? Is it jagged or smooth? How big is it?

These are all things he's going to be looking for and thinking about. He's also going to check the back of her neck to see if it went all the way through. ]

[ All right, well, let's check out her face. He's going to be very thorough, remembering to check her ears, even. This feels very wrong but whatever he's great at disassociating out his mind.

But there is something about her eyes: it looks like there are dried tears around them.]

Also glitter on it. That stuff can get everywhere, sheesh.]

Anything else in the bathroom of note, now that he's done investigating the body? Anything around the sinks or toilets or whatever? He's going to give it a thorough sweep. ]

[Now that you're done with the body, there is indeed more to look at. But first, there is something next to the body to take notice: a knife. Nothing specific about it but there is some uncleaned blood on the blade.]

[ The... potential murder weapon? Hang on. You're right, this IS more important. Hey, can he take his knife and try to match it to her injury?

Or am I just retreading old ground here and annoying you. I'M SORRY HE'D TRY TO DO THIS. ]

[ Well that is Very Important Indeed. He's going to leave it back where it was originally, but make a mental note of it.

Is there anything else in the bathroom? Like blood in the sinks, for example? ]

[No blood in the sinks but there is a piece of that sheet that is on the body caught in the stall door. Good thing that the poor girl is mostly covered otherwise awkward.]

[ ... He has no idea how on earth that happened but he's going to commit that to memory, too. He has a feeling this sheet is really important.

Anything else? What about the floors? The walls? THE CEILING? ]

But that's pretty obvious by now. Outside of glitter, there is tape that has a lot of glitter stuck to it.]

He's going to gingerly look at it. Is it one of the tapes for the tape gacha? ]

[It's just regular old sticky tape, no gacha.]

[ Ohhhh, okay. That kind of tape. Just making sure. Kinda weird there's sticky tape here, but okay.

Does it lead anywhere, or is it just sticky tape? ]

[ He absolutely will. He's going to comb pretty much every inch of the bathroom to see if there's anything. Under the sinks, the stalls. All of that.

... He feels dirty, but oh well. He'll... scrub after this. As much as he can. ]

[But can you ever feel clean? Well, one can try. But there is a good thing with looking all over: a tape dispenser. Not only that but it seems much of the tape has been used.]

[ What the actual fuck. Why is there so much tape. So just one piece of tape was found here, right? No sign of the rest of the tape anywhere? ]
