WEEK 1
[Awaken.
Fifteen strangers have been gathered to the Depths.
When the strangers awaken, they will feel nauseous in their stomachs. No doubt confused. Maybe a little sick, Perhaps, even terrified. And certainly, there is a good reason for it - they are not where they were before. If they had powers back where they came from, they seem to be all gone. And it appears that someone has left...guidelines for them. All of them addressed to a specific Title.
Their Title. Somehow, each person knows, upon seeing this, this is their Title, even if it seems to make no sense whatsoever. And its clear that whoever wrote these things knew it as well. Who was it?
Its uncertain. So far, there seems to be no one else save for them, and those who dare to venture out of their rooms - save, for some reason, the individuals in rooms 1, 8 and 7 - in this hot and stuffy place. No...'intercessor' to be seen yet, certainly. No outward signs that there's anyone else aside from the people with 'Titles'.
So, Titled: welcome.
There are fifteen strangers in this place.]

All girls and women are ladies, or so my mother taught me. But I do not know what you mean, lady - so far as I know, it is the 29th of September in 3021 of the Third Age.
no subject
Well I guess that explains why you're here, doesn't it?
[And she sticks out her hand with a smile.]
Harley Quinn, pleased to meetcha.
no subject
It does? Are you from the... 1700s, then? I did not think to see the future!
[ As politely as any court noble he bows over her hand and brushes a kiss across her knuckles ]
Well met, Harley Quinn. Maglor, at your service.
no subject
You're a couple hundred years off, actually, but what's a few hundred years between friends, I guess! It was actually 2014.
[She frowns a little]
Or, I think.
no subject
[ He tips his head curiously ]
What Age of the world is it? And why would you be uncertain?
no subject
Well, it was 2014, but last I knew I was about to drown, then all of a sudden I wake up here. I probably wouldn't have survived without someone pulling me out. This place doesn't seem much like Batman's speed though, and Mister J wouldn't lock me up here like this.
[YOU WILL NOTE THAT SHE SAYS NOTHING ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE and there is perhaps just the slightest note of uncertainty in the assertion that he wouldn't do this to her.
Well, at the least if he did he wouldn't leave her here.]
no subject
[ Maglor shrugs, and his eyes cloud a little ]
Drowning is a hard way to go. [ He says softly ] I tried it once, but it was not for me.
[ He crooks his head curiously at her statement ]
Batman? A strange name. And who is 'Mister J', that he would treat you so?
no subject
[She just sounds curious now.]
Batman? He's the freak who runs around back in Gotham like he owns the place, and punches anyone who disagrees. Haven't you even heard of him? And I said he wouldn't! My Puddin wouldn't lock me up in here like this!
no subject
Trying? I... do not think I truly was trying. I was... just so tired, and hurting, and alone. It ... seemed easier. The Ocean disagreed.
I think.
[ He shakes his head and looks at her ]
In truth, I remember little of those days, so I cannot truly say. All I have are flashes of memories, here and there. More impressions than anything concrete.
[ The water, the Song, the light ]
I do not know 'Gotham', nor are any of those names familiar to me. And... you do not sound certain.
