WEEK 1
[Awaken.
Fifteen strangers have been gathered to the Depths.
When the strangers awaken, they will feel nauseous in their stomachs. No doubt confused. Maybe a little sick, Perhaps, even terrified. And certainly, there is a good reason for it - they are not where they were before. If they had powers back where they came from, they seem to be all gone. And it appears that someone has left...guidelines for them. All of them addressed to a specific Title.
Their Title. Somehow, each person knows, upon seeing this, this is their Title, even if it seems to make no sense whatsoever. And its clear that whoever wrote these things knew it as well. Who was it?
Its uncertain. So far, there seems to be no one else save for them, and those who dare to venture out of their rooms - save, for some reason, the individuals in rooms 1, 8 and 7 - in this hot and stuffy place. No...'intercessor' to be seen yet, certainly. No outward signs that there's anyone else aside from the people with 'Titles'.
So, Titled: welcome.

MONDAY
Halls and Kitchen
As he explores he kicks various things in his annoyance and makes this or that fall over, but quickly picks it up afterwards. Even if he is in a new place he can't be an ass. It seems someone might have put the fear of not being neat and tidy into him. Hmm...
When he gets to the kitchen, he ransacks it... neatly. Setting cups and booze and ale and mead and all sorts of things in all the wrong places, stacking them up but trying to making sure nothing looks too much of a fuss. Unfortunately in that case, everything looks like so much of a fuss.
The whole thing has him crying from frustration throughout his whole journey. But who can blame him? Really now... ]

['Alone' is not a URTV's natural state. In fact, Rubedo can't remember ever being alone in his life...at least, not so alone that he couldn't feel his brothers' minds, or his twin's heartbeat. Not realizing all of his own powers are gone, there's only one assumption he can make...and it's not a good one. After all, there's only one reason he wouldn't be able to feel his second heartbeat...
Anyone who runs into him outside his room will have what looks like a preteen child in a strange outfit pointing a palm tattooed with the number '666' in bright red at them.]
Were you involved in the attack on the Yuriev Institute?
[Armory]
['Unarmed' is also not a URTV's natural state, especially after realizing his powers are gone. Double especially if the people here are possibly enemies. People passing by the armory will hear movement and the occasional clink of metal on metal. Those who investigate will find a young boy looking through the weapons, appraising them and putting them back before finally slipping a pair of daggers into the empty gun holsters in what, to him, is a new outfit.]
[Kitchen]
['Hungry' is a URTV's natural state. Once comfortably armed, he makes his way to the kitchen...and proceeds to stare in surprise for a good minute. He knew this place looked old fashioned, like something out of a medieval history book, but he didn't imagine even the kitchen would look like this. It's...kind of exciting, to have this food right here, instead of locked away and prepared for him in strict portions. But as hungry as he is, he hesitates. He can't just start cutting things up to cook...right?]

Kitchen/Dining Room and Study
[The first place Futaba manages to drag herself to is the kitchen. While it's empty when she walks in, it might not be during her entire visit. While she... seems to be contemplating entering the dining room.]
Hoooo boy. This is fine. Toooootally fine.
Just a group of strangers she's never met in her life in a place she's never seen in her life with little to no explanation. In times like this, she'd hide behind Akira... but he's not here. Neither was Sojiro. Or any of the Phantom Thieves for that matter. At least... not that she knew. But there were people here she didn't know. Found that out the hard way.
But if she doesn't get out there then she's never going to figure this out and get back to the others.]
They're totally hopeless without me. Come on Futaba. Get it together.
[She wasn't shaking so badly anymore. So she slams the door open and yells "Hellooooo?!" rather quickly. If anyone's there, they'll definitely be hearing her. If they could have possibly missed the sound of the door banging. And probably be pretty surprised. Still... the orange-haired girl probably looks more scared of you than you are of her.
...hopefully you didn't hear her talking to herself on the other side of the door. Or you know... enter the kitchen behind her...]
Study
[This... this is the life. She immediately sprawls out on the comfortable couch and sighs happily while she looks around. There is a decent amount of stuff here but for some strange reason she hasn't seen anything electronic.]
Someone has to have a phone or a computer around here somewhere...

Barracks and study
Mostly cause she can't really hear anything over than footsteps that would fit with the room she woke up in. No chains, no pained groans, it really begged the question why she was here. Just ignore her sneaking around the barracks testing all the doors.
Eventually she'll sneak her way downstairs and into the study. If you're already there, you might here the gasp of excitement as she runs over to pull one of the books out.
Then...She just squints and her ears flatten.]

[Eric is wandering around the bunker with a hand to his mouth, brows furrowed in confusion. It's not that he woke up in a bunker that's got him, necessarily - but this is a different underground bunker than the one he was in before, and his bracelet is missing. What the hell? Did he just imagine all of that before? But it's so similar, and ... he's still alive. Mira and the others must be too, but for now all he can do is knock on all the other doors and see if they're in one of them. Even if they survived the vote, he can't help but be nervous, because this was clearly not a joke.]

[Of course, he'd expect to be trapped with the other DCOM participants like before, so he doesn't bother giving his name.
The first time, when he finishes knocking, a glint of silver on his left hand catches his eye. He'd hardly noticed the small weight with everything else strange, but this is on his ring finger. It almost looks like... a wedding band...]

[Suddenly, his heart is pounding. He doesn't know if he's angry, worried, or excited.]
Someone's screwing with me, right? W-What the hell is going on?

...Did they get this stuff from a Renaissance Fair?
[If he is not too busy panicking, Eric will think the stuff in these places are kind of neat!? The spinning wheel gets a dubious glance, but he's comfortable enough picking up needles and thread that he ends up putting some in his pants pocket without even really thinking about it. He's not going to change right away into a hooded tunic or whatever, but he is going to grab the biggest warhammer he can find. Just so he can see if he can lift it. (He can.)
Well, no one would want to mess with him if he was carrying one of these, but whether or not that's regular admiration or a serious thought can depend on just who is around. He might end up shoving a few more items in his pockets, such as a smaller axe by its handle... For some reason, he feels like he should just be in the habit of carrying a bunch of items around to do stuff with. He doesn't remember why.]

[ Waking up somewhere without prior warning was definitely not something high up on Killua's list of things he'd ever experienced before and that was saying a lot.
Frowning a bit when he sat up to survey his room, it took no more than 30 seconds to give it a once over before exhaling a sigh and hopping off the bed. That was when he realized that he wasn't wearing the clothes he'd been wearing when he went to register for the Hunter's Exam, and he was the only one here. Which was even stranger as it was, plus something just seemed off to him in a way that he couldn't explain.
Had someone messed with his body somehow?
That thought made him bristle, eyes narrowing as he raised a hand and scowled when he realized it didn't do what he wanted with it. Which meant him walking out into the hallway outside his room and staring down both sides before walking over to a patch of wall not occupied by the rooms. Clenching his hand into a fist, he turned and let loose a punch to the wall, figuring it'd do to let him out but instead his only warning was a flash of intense heat that had him quickly pulling back his hand in time for a small wave of flame to have moved along the wall and away from where he'd punched it, hairline cracks in the cement where his fist had made initial contact. ]
What is with this stupid place?!
[ Once top of this it's clear that his knuckles are sporting a nice burn on them and he just doesn't look too happy about this now. ]
[ Dining Hall ]
[ After his fiasco know the halls, Killua has taken up sitting in the dining room, tossing a cup up into the air and catching it with one hand while trying not to use his burned one, pouting a little in the midst of his thoughts.
He may look deep in thought but he's acutely aware of everything going on around him and who may be coming in. So even if he looks like he's just a kid.. well he's not just that.
It wouldn't hurt if someone did come and talk to him though as he looks a bit bored to say the least. ]
[ Kitchen]
[ Now in a better mood than before, he's taken to exploring things and eventually finds his way here, looking around and poking at some of the kill hanging up before catching someone coming in and he sighed and turned to face them with his hands in his pockets. ]
...So do you understand any of what's going on here? It's really weird and kinda... creepy in here.

[It had taken McBurn all of one moment to realize something was off here. Why, because nothing can make him feel like he did when he woke up and causing him to sleep against his will and that deeply is an impossibility. It doesn't scare him, but he definitely wants to know more of what is going on and doesn't want to be unarmed since apparently his fire abilities aren't working.
So one may catch him in the armory trying out the largest of swords that are there. He has no trouble wielding them one handed, as well. If anyone looks, it's evident he is very skilled. Or if there is anyone else around, he might be looking at them and assessing their skill.]
[Dining Hall]
[McBurn grabbed the first thing he saw available in the kitchen and is now lazily eating it in the dining hall. The table is empty and he looks like he took quite a bit and might need help eating it. Or maybe he really just has quite the appetite. Other than looking annoyed, it doesn't seem like he's going to do much of anything if someone just happens to sit down.
Though he might end up regretting the mead later on.]

[Earlier in the day but after all the fiasco with the noise, Fie's wandering around and exploring the place. Still, from the way she's acting, it's more like she's looking for something in particular rather than just getting a better understanding of the layout. If there are any sorts of containers and such, you can bet that she's raiding the hell out of them, and putting things back only haphazardly at best. She'll look vaguely irritated throughout, although it still appears more like exasperation more than anything else.]

[After the search is a bust, she'll be in the kitchen - in particular, she seems rather fixated on the alcoholic drinks on the shelves, of which a decent number are sitting on the counter. They seem to be sorted by the type, and occasionally she can be seen sniffing at them although she has yet to reach the point of actually drinking any.]

[Later in the day, Fie will be curled up
like a caton one of the couches. Her eyes are closed, her breathing is steady and she appears, for all intents and purposes, asleep. But anyone who approaches her will get a sleepy gaze directed at them, and-]...What'd you want?

[Harley had woken up, swallowing nausea, and had spent a few moments very confused as to where she actually was. Last thing she knew had been imminent death by drowning (if, at least, Bat-brain or her Puddin didn't keep that from happening, which... she'd thought one of them would, but maybe not, all considered.) Wherever this was, it certainly wasn't a flooding car underwater, and it didn't look much like any prison she'd been in either, though the outfit at least was right for that.
Except the slippers. She'd never gotten fuzzy pink slippers before.
The door, however, opens when she pushes it, which seems to her to suggest against being a prison, and leaves her very confused. She only gets moreso as she she starts trying to explore.]
What is this, hell? Because I was promised a lot more flames and red jumpsuits.

[Honestly she's still not really sure what is going on or where she is, but there is a glint of metal from various pointy things that can be seen from the door, and that's enough to send her in to investigate.]

Anyone who passes room 5 might hear weeping (yes, he probably is loud enough to be heard through the door), low and despairing, or cursing, maybe, a language old and fair and musical, but the words full of a helpless rage that might shake the stones from their foundations, if their original power had been allowed him. Inside, Maglor alternates between fury and despair. He doesn't mind the stone, or the feeling of being prisoner (He deserves it, anyway, and warm and dry is better than sleeping under the stars, no matter how uncomfortable the bed).
But he cannot hear it, the Song that has echoed in his ears since birth, and the yawning silence is almost more than he can bear.
(He has no weapons on him, or he would have slit his wrists already)
Halls
Eventually he leaves the room, and by the time he does all traces of tears have been wiped away. He drifts idly through the halls and watches, taking note of the doors and the others trapped here with him, grey eyes somber. His feet are silent on the stone, but his clothes are closer to their surroundings than any of the others here, old and worn but clearly well made.
Armory
When he finds the armory he stands looking at all the weapons expressionless, and there is something very contemplative about him as he runs fingers down blades to check sharpness.

EVENING
This sensation seems to coalesce strongest when nearing the study. Indeed, those who venture to find the source of this strange feeling will find themselves drawn there, where they will find what they are looking for. Whether or not they like what they find is another story.
It's a very large figure, cloaked in black. There is no way to tell its age, its gender, or even a clear view of what it's really wearing. All that is clear are the two bright pinpricks beneath their cloak, indicating its eyes, as it sits, serenely, quietly. Powerfully.
Casually drinking a bottle of beer from the kitchen as it sits on the couch with legs crossed, looking over their own letter. How the drink is getting into their mouth is really a mystery.]
Hm.
[They slowly stand, their figure massive and imposing, still holding the letter and drink in their hand. It appears they weren't quite expecting to find people congregating around them so quickly.
Since you have, of course, there's no point delaying the inevitable.]
You must be the Titled.
I trust you are aware that you are not where you were before. That you are trapped here, in perpetuity - and of what you are expected to do to return from whence you came. Though, if you have questions, I will do my best to answer what I can.
[They don't seem delighted, or angry, or anything. If anything, they're tone is even. And, while they don't seem hostile, its clear beneath the cloak that they are watching everyone.]

If...this really wasn't sans' doing - and what reason would sans have to kill humans, anyways?? Who in all of Underground would, right?? - Papyrus does the next best thing to ensure he can fulfill his promise.
[Later, when it has become apparent that this is not sans' doing, Papyrus does the next best thing.
And that is...make a puzzle! Naturally! Just because he's here in a potential pool of murder with no visible means of escape, doesn't mean he also can't capture a human in the meantime! One thing at a time, after all!
Indeed, perhaps by showing the people in charge how you actually handle humans when they come into your domain, they can come to see the error of their ways with what they're doing! And who better to show them, than The Great Papyrus!!
So now, every bear trap that had been in the armory that morning, is now out in the open, all in a very careful maze-like square in front of the barrack doors, all armed and ready to take off legs. Or...they would be if not for two things.
The first is that the trap jaws weren't also very carefully wrapped in thick, thick layers of cloth. Some traps just have a whole roll worth of fabric wrapped around it. It's all clearly there to blunt the force of the snap of the traps. Honestly, with the amount put on each trap, its much more like being the victim will be cushioned than actually be trapped and hurt. At least, that seems to be the very obvious intention.
The second thing is that the maze is constructed in such away that someone can just...keep near the barrack doors and avoid the maze entirely. Hmm. A bit of a very obvious design flaw, but its creator doesn't seem to care.
In any case, standing in front of the maze, of course, is a very proud-looking Papyrus. Granted, he always seems to look proud, but he looks especially confident now, as he watches someone approach him.]

And by grub I mean stew, usapil stew to be exact. Though these usapil don't have horns, and it doesn't look like they ever had them.
But they look enough like the bunny monsters that she has no trouble skinning and butchering them. The meat gets prepped for cleaning. And the skins are prepared for something. She's not sure what yet, but furs can be useful.
Still not sure what to make of the rules, now she knows them. But she very clearly has a sword at her belt.]

Armory
Killua can be seen inspecting the various weapons and sharp implements, before finding one of the hammers. It's large and rather heavy-looking, even to him, but it doesn't stop him from reaching out and picking it up with very little effort. An adult would look to be able to wield it with ease, so a kid his age shouldn't be able to lift it normally.
Yet there's him just casually swinging the hammer back and forth, testing it's weight and letting off a soft hum. Even tossing it up into the air a short distance and not entirely seeming hindered by the weight of it. He hasn't noticed anyone around, so it'd be easy for someone to come in while he's preoccupied. ]

HEY! If you want us in good enough shape to be murdering each other could you at least give us cooked rabbit? Don't you know how unhealthy eating it raw can be? It can kill you! And if that's supposed to be the point, what is all this supposed to be for anyway?
[There is, nearby on one of the counters, what appears to be a half-done effort to make food, but look it is not her fault that this place does not have canned ravioli like any civilized society. She's been scrounging around for the past few days to try to find leftovers that other people have made and/or things that do not require cooking, but one can only have raw oats for so long before one must take it upon themselves to try to better themselves.
It's just a shame that she can't cook. ESPECIALLY without modern instruments to do so with.]

Cooking and then investigating!
[So, since he hasn't gotten in trouble for the smaller bits of food he's taken from the kitchen so far, Rubedo's decided to get a bit more ambitious. Instead of the rabbits and squirrels he's been cooking, this time he's pulled down something a little...bigger and set about cutting it apart. He's removed his jacket and outer shirt first, which is fortunate, because his hands and forearms are completely covered in blood, along with the cleaver he's using to hack the meat apart. It...um...at least it matches the tattoo on his left arm?
Later, he can be found over a stew pot, cooking up something that smells, well, edible but bland. Odds are good he only put meat and vegetables in there, without even considering herbs and spices. He also seems to have made at least enough for six people, if the other five don't mind tasteless stew.]
[Study]
[Since someone mentioned the idea of different dimensions to him earlier, Rubedo is curious. After eating, he scurries off to the study and, after checking to see if the Intercessor is there (or at least doesn't mind him coming in), goes to take a look at the bookshelf. He reads a lot between training exercises, so are any of the titles familiar?]

Just in case the Deceiver somehow ignored the letters inside.
It almost looks the same as the first - save that there is a new rule. The the date of the rule change is odd, as well. But really, it's all about the rule change. Or maybe it's a rule clarification.
