WEEK 1
[Awaken.
Fifteen strangers have been gathered to the Depths.
When the strangers awaken, they will feel nauseous in their stomachs. No doubt confused. Maybe a little sick, Perhaps, even terrified. And certainly, there is a good reason for it - they are not where they were before. If they had powers back where they came from, they seem to be all gone. And it appears that someone has left...guidelines for them. All of them addressed to a specific Title.
Their Title. Somehow, each person knows, upon seeing this, this is their Title, even if it seems to make no sense whatsoever. And its clear that whoever wrote these things knew it as well. Who was it?
Its uncertain. So far, there seems to be no one else save for them, and those who dare to venture out of their rooms - save, for some reason, the individuals in rooms 1, 8 and 7 - in this hot and stuffy place. No...'intercessor' to be seen yet, certainly. No outward signs that there's anyone else aside from the people with 'Titles'.
So, Titled: welcome.
There are fifteen strangers in this place.]

[Earlier in the day but after all the fiasco with the noise, Fie's wandering around and exploring the place. Still, from the way she's acting, it's more like she's looking for something in particular rather than just getting a better understanding of the layout. If there are any sorts of containers and such, you can bet that she's raiding the hell out of them, and putting things back only haphazardly at best. She'll look vaguely irritated throughout, although it still appears more like exasperation more than anything else.]
Kitchen
[After the search is a bust, she'll be in the kitchen - in particular, she seems rather fixated on the alcoholic drinks on the shelves, of which a decent number are sitting on the counter. They seem to be sorted by the type, and occasionally she can be seen sniffing at them although she has yet to reach the point of actually drinking any.]
Study
[Later in the day, Fie will be curled up
like a caton one of the couches. Her eyes are closed, her breathing is steady and she appears, for all intents and purposes, asleep. But anyone who approaches her will get a sleepy gaze directed at them, and-]...What'd you want?
Study
When she starts speaking to him, he's not that surprised. Honestly, he's pulled the same stunt before since people often will ignore the presence of someone sleeping and say interesting things. He yawns loudly in response to her.]
Same thing you did it seems. A quiet place for a nap.
no subject
Doesn't seem like they like us napping all over the place, though. They even made a rule against it.
[And her slight annoyance makes it clear what she thinks of that rule.]
no subject
Sounds boring.
[He'll go ahead and take a seat on one of the couch's arms and lean back against the wall.]
no subject
Yeah, it's a pain. They don't really give us much to do around here, too.
[Well, technically she could read things or cook or something but... eh. She's also not counting the murder part as something to do either, nope.]

Sometimes you manage with what you have. It's not really fun when you get nagged at after, though.
[Why can't
nerdspeople just let her conk out in peace?]no subject
It can be fun if the person doing the nagging is easy to rile up.
[Why yes, he at times annoys Duvalie on purpose because her reactions can be entertaining and she's easy to troll.]
no subject
Yeah, you've got a point there. It'd be nice if they didn't screech as loud, though. It kinda hurts my ears after awhile, so I have to cover them. [Which predictably leads to even more hollering, as is tradition.]
no subject
[Teleporation is so amazing for just up and vanishing when Duvalie is ranting away.]
no subject
[Give her some more tips, McDude!!]

no subject
Nope. Would be really convenient if I could, though.

kitchen
[ She may not have even noticed him there, for even without his birthright, Maglor moves near silent, and tends to pass unnoticed, although how exactly a 6'5" elf does so is a mystery. But there is, in fact, someone else in the kitchen, nursing a mug of mead, watching her. ]
no subject
Not really. Just wanna know which kinds there are. I'm trying to look for the ones that have the most alcohol.
no subject
I do not know what it is, but that is a spirit, and a strong one, unless I miss my guess. It reminds me a little of the Dalemen's fire-whisky - although it looks like a wine.
no subject
[She'll set that bottle aside for later. Sara would probably cry in joy at all the free alcohol, but Fie's just thankful they have something flammable here.]
You like drinking a lot?
no subject
But I have had occasion to, at times, although not recently. And it would be unseemly to have poor knowledge of one's own cellars, also.
no subject
[But wow, his own cellars, huh.]
Sounds fancy. Like a noble or something.
no subject
[ He shrugs ]
I was, once, I suppose. Although I could also have said 'my father's' or 'my grandfather's', and once that would also have been true. It was long ago.
no subject
But the politics surrounding class systems and such aren't anything she's familiar with, so it's just another matter that seems excessively complicated to her.]
Being a noble just sounds like a hassle anyways. [And more than half the ones she's heard of are assholes...]
no subject
It can be, at times. [ He murmurs ] A crown is a heavy burden. I am fortunate I did not have to bear it long.
no subject
Something happen with your family? [There's only curiosity in both her expression and her tone. If she realizes she's being tactless, it certainly doesn't show on her face.]
no subject
I suppose you could say that. It is a very long story, however.
no subject
You don't have to if you don't wanna. Was just asking, anyways. [She's not super invested in him at this point anyways, and there's no point in digging up personal stuff right now.]
