[Awaken.

Fifteen strangers have been gathered to the Depths.

When the strangers awaken, they will feel nauseous in their stomachs. No doubt confused. Maybe a little sick, Perhaps, even terrified. And certainly, there is a good reason for it - they are not where they were before. If they had powers back where they came from, they seem to be all gone. And it appears that someone has left...guidelines for them. All of them addressed to a specific Title.

Their Title. Somehow, each person knows, upon seeing this, this is their Title, even if it seems to make no sense whatsoever. And its clear that whoever wrote these things knew it as well. Who was it?

Its uncertain. So far, there seems to be no one else save for them, and those who dare to venture out of their rooms - save, for some reason, the individuals in rooms 1, 8 and 7 - in this hot and stuffy place. No...'intercessor' to be seen yet, certainly. No outward signs that there's anyone else aside from the people with 'Titles'.


So, Titled: welcome.

[And mentioning punishment to a masochist is just asking for him to be curious.]

So if someone gets me so bored that I nod off, what are you going to do? [Because punishment is just so vague and can range from stuff that isn't really horrible to being killed.]

And I refer to the fact that somehow something I've been able to do with a thought is now gone.

It won't necessarily be I who punishes you. But you will be punished. And if it is I whocatches you...

Just hope it is I who catches you, I suppose.

[They tilt they head at the last part.]

....Your power was not already what you had, Question?

Seems to work about the same, but definitely isn't willing fire to exist and it does.

[And it sucks for a fire demon to not have fire abilities dang it.]

...I see.

So you did not have your power beforehand.

[Does he really look like some sort of tentacle monster here? Seriously, that had been a creepy thing to have appear instead of the usual fireball and thankfully no one but him had seen that considering the rules here.]

No way. Controlled fires as hot as Gehenna's flames and could reduce anything to cinders. Feel a bit naked without that.

[Among other things that are far more important to have back, but that's not stuff he wants to get into. What he's not pleased about is having a curse with none of its benefits now. He doesn't give away his annoyance, if anything he still sounds bored.]

Fire...how strange. I was told nothing of this power that you claim to have.

[So that's interesting. Obviously there is someone above this guy then.]

And how do I know you aren't just trying to save your own skin?

[intercessing]

You don't.

[It's...a fair point, there's no denying that.]

Lying to you would hardly help matters, though.

...Because I and beginning to suspect I have been lied to as well.
