WEEK 1
[Awaken.
Fifteen strangers have been gathered to the Depths.
When the strangers awaken, they will feel nauseous in their stomachs. No doubt confused. Maybe a little sick, Perhaps, even terrified. And certainly, there is a good reason for it - they are not where they were before. If they had powers back where they came from, they seem to be all gone. And it appears that someone has left...guidelines for them. All of them addressed to a specific Title.
Their Title. Somehow, each person knows, upon seeing this, this is their Title, even if it seems to make no sense whatsoever. And its clear that whoever wrote these things knew it as well. Who was it?
Its uncertain. So far, there seems to be no one else save for them, and those who dare to venture out of their rooms - save, for some reason, the individuals in rooms 1, 8 and 7 - in this hot and stuffy place. No...'intercessor' to be seen yet, certainly. No outward signs that there's anyone else aside from the people with 'Titles'.
So, Titled: welcome.
There are fifteen strangers in this place.]
THURSDAY
It appears that another letter has been slipped under your doors, addressed to you by Title once more, while you were asleep or otherwise occupied last night.
Apparently, the powers that be decided to impress on the importance of reading the letter by slipping several copies of them beneath your doors. Unless you're in room 2. Then its several dozen copies shoved beneath the door, including a nice little pile of a few dozen copies that's formed in front of the Deceiver's door. Just in case the Deceiver somehow ignored the letters inside.
It almost looks the same as the first - save that there is a new rule. The the date of the rule change is odd, as well. But really, it's all about the rule change. Or maybe it's a rule clarification.
Either way, its one question answered - even if its not question people would have wanted the answer to.
Most people, at least.]

So many loopholes Curufin's ghost whispers in his ears.
Burn the place down and take yourself with it, and who is left there to be punished? Celegorm laughs. Is not fire all our fate, in the end?
But what of the children? whisper the Ambarussa.
Punishment would be well deserved then Maedhros says grimly.
It always has been Caranthir grumbles. Why should we fear it? ]

In the meantime, he's going to seek out breakfast. Hopefully someone already dressed and butchered meat, or he's eating nothing but vegetables.

HELLO! LOOKING FOR FOOD?
no subject
"Yes. I don't suppose you can eat as well as talk? Despite having no stomach... and still no lungs, either."
no subject
...SAY, HUMAN.
YOU HAVEN'T HAPPENED TO SEE ANY DINOSAUR EGG OATMEAL, HAVE YOU?
no subject
After some searching, he does find regular eggs. Perhaps he can boil them in the cauldron? But then they'd have to cool. Could he scramble them in such a big cast-iron pot?
"Perhaps I could make some sort of egg drop soup...."

ALL I DID WAS ASK!!

D-Don't ask about stuff like that!!

Argh! Would all these things just-
[Well what do you know it appears she can burn things.
Well. That's one way to solve the problem.]

[And now there's fire. He's backing away.]
Shit!
[Oh god her hands are on fire and they don't have any water that isn't toilet water. He's not sticking his hand in the toilet so hopefully she went to fire drills in elementary school.]
Stop drop and roll!

Everywhere and the dining room
Anyone who listens to the map or happens to be in the dining room anyway will find Rubedo standing next to one of the tables with a stack of books. Anyone who passes by will get one of them held out to them.]
Can you read this?
[Odds are decent that they won't be able to, at first. But if they so much as blink, they'll suddenly be able to understand it just fine.]
Dining room
"Let me see...."
He flips it open, skimming the unfamiliar words for a moment before shaking his head. "I'm sorry, I can't--"
A blink, and suddenly it all makes sense. He's so surprised he almost drops the book. Is this an effect of sleep deprivation? He hasn't been resting well since his arrival. "Wh-- what in the world...?"

[The exact same language as the notes he left up...one of which is now being shoved in Yusuke's direction. It reads:
'Please come see me in the dining room, there's something important I want to talk to everyone about.

Hallway [1/2]
[Which could be problematic, since Papyrus doesn't blink--]
[2/2]
OH MY GOD IT'S A BOOK WITH WORDS!!!
no subject
It always had words, they just weren't words you could read before.
[He picks up a copy of his note, which are written in the same language as the book, and holds it out to Papyrus. It reads:
'Please come see me in the dining room, there's something important I want to talk to everyone about.

Dining room
He's got some questionable looking meat. Questionable in that it may not have even been cooked.]
No, but why would I want to?
[Someone very much dislikes reading.]
no subject
I think you should take a look at it again. You might find it interesting.
no subject
So? It's just boring words on a page.

Neat trick. Is there anything about gardening? [Priorities, though.]

[...Wait.]
But that's not important right now. Did you see the letters I left everywhere?
no subject
[Considering that Celine practically lived with them in their dorm and all. Still, that explains why there was that other letter.]
Yeah, but I couldn't read it at all. You wanted to tell us something?

...Free paper, yay!?
She can't read this writing. She's just going sit at the table to rewrite the rules that were read to her earlier on it. Except in semi-circles and lines. There isn't a letter to be seen. Even if the runes are shaky.]
