[Another bright light, but this time, also, the feeling of being squished by gravity as your ears pop. Soon enough, the forms become much clearer - and smaller. Soon enough, the sensation stops - and shouting from vaarious doctors and soldiers can be heard outside of the EPCOT and Diatron-15.]

The virus--!!

[The shorter of the two men steps forward, and begins to wave their arm.]

Diatron-15! Welcome back! It appears you brought that nasty illness with you, but it can't harm anyone else now, at least! However, we need to find another way to stabilize the girl genius - you took so long her organs began to fail!

Don't worry, though, we will compensate you as promised! Please, please come out so we can put you through a check-up and decontamination! Then we can take this virus in for study!

[Ha. Ha. Hahahaha...

[Yurick feels his powers surge back, the old familiar headache pounding behind his right eye and his skin flushing with feverish heat. He holds out a hand, palm up, mana swirling around him for a second or two before a small, tightly controlled ball of flame coalesces over his hand. He breathes a slightly unsteady sigh of relief.]

At last, I don't feel quite so helpless anymore.

[And he holds the fireball toward the doctors.]

You won't lay a hand on Halley, not now, not ever.

[Vita knows her powers are back immediately and at least Grianos seems to be all right too. She's also so very glad to have her familiar back and if she needs to she can use him to deal with these horrible people.]

Honestly, he doesn't see a problem with them studying Halley, who was trying to kill them even if she's apparently backed down. He really does not care about anything other than going home at this point.]

[He doesn't even know what the compensation is but might as well leave out that detail so they pay him in full. At any rate it doesn't look like Halley was lying about them.]

[ There's a swirl of purple smoke and the Baku floats off the ground, smirking. This feels good. To have his power back....... ]

[ The moment he has his powers back, C doesn't even hesitate. He jumps bodies with ease. It's very fast. The golden eyes on Vincent's vessel go back to gray, and suddenly there's a boy just sitting there. Looking confused.

... More importantly, he looks to hop into the lead scientist that Barbara punched. His expression is practically dripping with with malice towards these people. That's the first sign the person in that body is no longer home while he's roosting there. The second sign is that he now sports bright, golden eyes. ]

It would be a terrible shame if something happened to someone important like this man. You all like him, right? What is his life worth? What's it worth to all of you, crossing a God? What would happen if I just systematically possessed each and every one of you and made you all die? Does that sound unpleasant?

Waking Up

Anyways, after Halley has injected Ivy, and at some point connected a saline bag full of the water to her, the girl genius' vitals begin to rapidly return to normal.

Then, she begins to stir several moments later.]

She's waking up.

[Maybe let's don't tell her how we're gonna murder her doctors and maybe a bunch of other people. At least, not right away. Nagisa is back to harmless kiddo in a snap, all traces of his overwhelming bloodlust gone.]
