(MOCK WEEK TRIAL)
[After some time has passed, guess who comes onto the intercom.]
All right, kids, wrap it up. We're gonna do our little "trial" now to figure out who killed the devil brat. Get your asses to the blinking dot on your map. You can go back and forth to the rest of the plane from there if you need to, but I expect to see everyone gathered there so you know where to vote and shit.
[What had been investigation point H blinks. Ah-ha. No wonder it was electrified. It's not anymore. When people arrive there, the door is unelectrified. Inside, it appears to be where all the jumpseats for the stewards are, seatbelts and all. There are, naturally, fifteen of them.
It's first come, first serve this time. Once everyone has gathered there, the Captain comes back on to the intercom.]
So! You wanna catch Satan girl's killer, right? But we don't got all fuckin' day to waste, so here's a narrowed-down list of options for you!! That's right - one of these fuckers is the one who dun it. See, I can be nice.
You're going to be picking from one of them... Well, unless you just wanna vote for Jonathan's suspicious-lookin' mug. No one would blame you, ahaha!
Anyway, I expect you to figure it out for yourselves, but I'll be watching.
[In other words, you could probably get him to answer your yelling this time. Not that he's sorry towards anyone who tried to talk to him during the investigation portion. Because of course not.
It's now 8 am.
((OOC: As ofr this, evidence can also be called up on the phones!))

I know we haven't had opening arguments yet, but I want to raise two objections before we reach that point.
[She addresses the intercom directly once again, voice steely.]
First: what's the point of this farce of a trial? What do we get for "catching" the killer other than more dead hostages?
Second: How dare you not put me on the suspects' list? I didn't bother playing, of course, but you know damn well I'm capable of it.

[He doesn't sound that apologetic though. This relationship isn't going very well, is it.]

But anyway, I would like to go ahead and bring up a piece of evidence found in the room of one of the suspects.
[Vita pulls out the piece of toilet paper]
I admit, I am not sure if it was planted or left accidentally but that is for us to figure out.

[He's addressing the air, looking about as dead inside as he feels... so, very. If this is how it was for everyone else, he's almost glad he was too occupied trying to not end up dead and figure out why he kept getting called out, before....]

Well well, that's an easy answer - because Mr. Jones is clearly too much of a coward to show his goddamn face to me.

He's trying very hard to keep his expression neutral, to remember when he played a more sinister role and had to hide it.]
Atsushi, I know you're not capable of this, but let's rule you out. What were you doing last night?
no subject
Well... after I last saw you, I ran into Zelos-san briefly and we looked around for our missing items. His ah... gem [ he forgot exactly what it's name was. ] and my phone. After that, I went and visited Tono-kun a little after one am and we talked for a little while.
[ That was pretty much the bulk of it but might as well finish it off. ]
Then I ended up going back to my room and went to sleep for the rest of the night. I was exhausted. Once I went to sleep, I woke up a couple times in the middle of the night but otherwise I stayed there the whole time up until seven this morning.

CSI Report
First of all, Satania's body showed three injuries: a nasty, bloody bump on her head, swelling around her mouth, and a cut on her neck that appears to have been the actual cause of death. Someone had mashed melon bread into the side of her face for some reason, and there was a dent in the carpet next to her, as if something heavy had fallen. There was dry blood around her body, but I couldn't say for sure whether or not she had been moved after the fact.
[Beatrice calls for her demon assistant again, who comes in carrying a bundled-up piece of clothing.]
Finally, this bloody, extra large Flight Attendant jacket was nearby, deliberately placed under a lei to attract snakes. My poor servant nobly sacrificed himself to venomous fangs to let us retrieve it.
[Vinea just sort of glares at her levelly.]
...he got better.

I found this in the Premiere class bathroom. It has a couple of dents in it, but other than that, there wasn’t really much to it. The sink was also weirdly clean, like someone might’ve used it recently.
And...that’s pretty much everything I found.
[He hopes he’s doing this right.]

Well, either way? He's here to be questioned.]

I just... want to put it out there that i'm not a killer. Dazai-san or the Agency members who are being kept as hostages right now... they would never want me to become a murderer just for their sake. I would never be able to face them again if I did.
[ He nods at that, expression determined and impossibly honest before it falls slightly. ]
I honestly don't know how that razor got there under my bed. I've never so much as touched a razor and have no need to.

[As oddly dead-eyed as Jonathan looks despite raising his voice and looking around, he also keeps blinking as though he's trying to keep his eyes clear. Frantic efforts to preserve his own dignity? This guy? Naaaaah, what makes you think that's something he'd do?]
Not like I expect the truth, but it'd put us on an even footing if everyone did.

NAUSEA CW THE TOP!!!
[Hiyori raises his hand. Did you miss him talking when he was thinking things over and gathering up his bravado for a while. No? Too bad.]
Jonathan and Kedamono-san discovered that Satanichia wasn't poisoned by the melon bread! Not to mention there weren't signs of vomit on her mouth - wouldn't that be harder to completely remove than crumbs? She was a rowdy girl, but not downright untidy. Why would she go to the bathroom, vomit, come back outside, and still have crumbs on her face at the exact moment she got knocked down? Furthermore, the bathroom contains no signs of struggling; it was being neatly cleaned for several minutes at some point. We can assume the killer did go into that room, bringing in the briefcase that has been used as a bludgeon.
The only person who entered that bathroom and vomited... is the person who absolutely should be completely disgusted with themselves for attacking Satanichia at the exact moment she was eating melon bread without a care in the world!
So... so, someone get out the breathalyzer!
[THAT'S HOW THIS WORKS, RIGHT? PLEASE DON'T MAKE HIM STICK HIS NOSE RIGHT INTO SOMEONE'S MOUTH. HE DIDN'T PLAN FOR THIS PART]

VOTING....j/k press x to riot
[Between Link, Hex, and Vita, it takes about 5 seconds before the Pilot's voice clearly comes from the collapsing wall. First sounding annoyed, then jumping up at the sound coming from the group basically tearing the wall down.]
FUCKING-seriously!? What the fuck!?
[There is the humming sound of electricity coming from within what can only be the cockpit.
Well. You definitely surprised him.]
no subject
[And he knows that it's gonna suck.]
[But he's still slashing at the door.]
[And as soon as he sees the pilot, he's growing four extra arms and pulling them off one by one to throw at the captain.]

EXECUTION: We're Going Down In Flames, Hey (cw: snakes, body horror)
...you've saved....no one...
[His eyes glow, and he turns to the cockpit console.]
Stupid shits-!
[Lightning suddenly shoots out of his eyes, and part of the console explodes, sending smoke and sparks everywhere.
Instantly, alarms start to angrily buzz throughout the plane.]
WARNING. WARNING. AUTOPILOT DISABLED. FIRE DETECTED. PLEASE ACTIVATE EMERGENCY LANDING PROCEEDINGS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE-
We're...over...ocean.
Game over. I won.
[And then he starts to laugh. And laugh. And laugh.
Until he starts to cough. Cough blood.
And a snake.
He stares at it, before his arm starts to shudder, a snake-like roil rising under his skin.
And then there is fear.]
No...
[He starts to cough again, and another snake comes out, and he starts to convulse violently.]
NonoNO!! NO!!! I WON!! THEY ARE GOINGGGHK TO DIE!! WHY--I WOAUUUUUUGHGHHHHK-
[Multiple snake-like patterns start to form in the Pilot's body, and he no longer talks. No - he screams, and then explodes.
Not into gore or blood or anything like that, but into ripped up clothing, a phone, and a shower of several dozen snakes, all of them black, all of them the same size. All of them look...strange, but there's no way to tell how.
That is because they disappear with a simultaneous hiss, darting out of the cockpit. They are too fast to be caught, and in any case, there's more pressing concerns to be had.
Like the fact that the Pilot is dead. And with him with the autopilot. Someone needs to pilot now.
And...well.
There's also something going on outside, because now, the colors that had been outside in the clouds before are going utterly apeshit now.]
no subject
[Welp.]
Well, I suppose he lost! I can't say we've won unless someone here can fly a plane, though. I've never had a need...
