Ok, it's a dreary and miserable morning and everyone is annoyed that they are here and there's an infestation of spiders and creepy happenings and the Stewards are jerks and no one likes this place, ever. Fine. Be that way. So.

Yeah, this...this is probably important. She’s probably going to bring this with her to the trial. She’s making sure to touch as little of it as possible, too, because gross.

[Not in the laundry, at least, though she might notice something sticking out nearby as she's getting the blanket ready.]

[Alright, but if it’s another bloody thing she’s making someone else carry it.

[Nope! It's the end of a quill pen sticking out between some clean linens.]

[Well, that’s odd. She’ll pluck it out. Does it look like it’s been used recently?]

[Not very recently, no.

Plucking out the quill will cause something else in the linens to shift.]

Oh, what’s this?

[She’ll lift up the linens carefully, trying to make sure that whatever it is doesn’t break.]

[It's an ink well.

Some of it has spilled onto the linen beneath it, but it doesn't look like it was very full to begin with.]

Oh, good heavens, who put an ink well on these linens? This is ridiculous-now they’re stained!
