WEEK 2

[As one week changes to the next, the Titled will find themselves having vivid dreams. Very vivid. Perhaps too real to only be dreams. Lost memories? Could it be, then, that those who brought you here did something to your minds along with your bodies?

Whatever the case, everyone, no matter how deep their sleep, are awoken to the sound of creaking, groaning metal coming from the first floor. When they do go to investigate, they will find something surprising.

The set of the doors on the right have opened.

Even the Intercessor seems stunned. It has been an odd weekend for everyone. After all, in between finding items seemingly popping out of mid air, and a bloodied statue that belongs to seemingly no one, its all very...strange.

Somehow, one gets the feeling that those strange items won't be the last they see. Indeed, after the doors open, there's the worrying, foreboding feeling coming back once more. And if those feelings are connected to the strange occurrence on Saturday...it can only mean one thing.

There's really only one way to find out if that's the case. The powers that brought you here certainly aren't going to give anyone a straight answer.

So, Titled: welcome to Week 2.

McBurn puts the map down for now, making the burn mark on it quite visible.

"Didn't you get some coins? If you use them some weird guy in black shows up and gives you stuff."

He pulls out something from his coat pocket that would look to resemble a pocketwatch, though a bit larger. "Not always something that belonged to you though. The guy whose room was invaded got this and it's mine."

"If I did, I had not noticed."

Yusuke sets down his food and brushes his fingers lovingly over the paint-stained case, the kanji on the small plastic plate that spells his name.

"I've missed painting so much since we were taken captive. I've nothing to offer you, but... I would like to have these back if you'd part with them."

"Take them, I have no use for them."

Heck, McBurn is definitely not the sort willing to put in the effort or time to create art anyhow. It's no loss to him. "I just don't want to be painted and if you happen to get a red and black sword later or know someone else who does, I'd like to hear of it since that's mine."

"Absolutely!" Yusuke is almost gushing, scooping up the paintbox and his water-- definitely not thinking about drinking it, this is now earmarked for brush cleaning!-- and rushing to the door. "Thank you so much! Please come see what I've done later, on the wall at the end of the barracks!"

Yup, he forgot about his vegetables. This is part of why he's so skinny.

Well, damn. He did just leave those vegetables here. Now should McBurn be a decent person and return them or should he just be an ass and eat them himself?

Eh, he'll be a decent person just this once and follow. Even without his inhuman speed, he's still pretty damn fast and can easily catch up to Yusuke without much effort.
