Well, a 'meme' is basically. . . something that gets spread really quickly amongst internet users to the point where it goes viral. Generally, it's a photo, video, or text. This song is one of them.

As for Rickrolling. . . it's a song.

The meme itself came from the song sung by Rick Astley, Never Gonna Give You Up, but the meme itself was like, a bait and switch prank. You'd click on something. . . and then you'd get the song.

I tried to send an email with the location. . . and it apparently backfired in my face. If it's not working on this laptop, it's possible it won't work on my phone either, which means it might just be blocked on the wi-fi connection.
