[Once the investigation wraps up, Zero's voice emanates once more throughout the Gigantic. The doors to the theater on both the C Deck and D Deck open as he speaks. And yes, when people come in through the C Deck Doors, they will find they can access the lower level from the stairs.

It's...unlikely that could have happened. I've seen people have their throats ripped out before, and they die in maybe twenty seconds.

Unless you're right, and his blood pressure is a lot lower than humans' in my world.

Having the fabricator on your side would certainly give you a better chance at 'winning', at the very least. Though this is nothing more than conjecture.
