It is time. Everyone, come to the theater. Time is...wasting.

[And so it is. The seating has once more changed to reflect the fallen-Moriarty and now Brain's podiums are draped in black. And, of course, there is no food-

The screens come up, and the mask of Zero appears, ever inscrutable. Their instructions are brief.]

Your Brain is gone, I'm afraid. Cut into pieces and cast aside...and someone here knows why. Now, it's time for you to discover the truth as well...if you can.

What could be used that wouldn't leave traces? Maybe ice, disguised by the cooking and the toilet water?

No. I am completely certain according to my investigation that cauterization with a hot sword is the one thing that did not happen. We even see that Brain-kun did sustain some other burns.

It is truly bizarre.

Absolutely no trace of water in the workshop, which was the furthest a limb was placed.

It could be that the cut blood vessels pulled back into the injured part and shrunk to slow the bleeding. That can happen with the shock of a complete amputation.
