Perhaps a bit. I'm trying not to, however. Money for the sake of money is a disgusting motive for murder, but my mother was in the hospital last year. It was within our means, but not everyone is so fortunate.

You've got a point, but then the only way we're going to really find out is if someone decides to murder.

Not definitively. Someone in such a situation may have the strength of will to refuse and reveal their situation. But I'm sorry to say that yes, it's more likely that we will discover by someone taking the bait.

The bedrooms seem to be on individual locks, but that won't work for long and won't help us navigate our situation. I wonder if any of the electronics areas have items we could use to set up a surveillance system?

[Kurama would prefer a lack of murder, too, to be honest.]

I didn't see anything that looked like a camera, but then again, I didn't look as hard as I should have.

I wasn't really looking for cameras specifically, either. But there is an electronics section to the department store, it might be worth checking.

If anyone here needs that kind of help, I would personally be willing to stake my own salary to help them. You don't need to resort to killing if you need help with a loved one!

I think it's normal to dislike feeling like you make no difference. Empathy and compassion are vital in such a volatile situation, however, so be assured that you're doing a great deal.
