WEEK 1

WEEK 1

[You now know why you're here, Titled. The question now is, is there a way to get out of here without invoking the rules? What will those who brought you here do to get you to kill?

Time will tell.

There are fifteen strangers in this place.]
incrediblystressedout: (it's right behind me isn't it)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-11-28 06:24 pm (UTC)(link)
oh wow, this is a chat room?
i mean.
i definitely don't think killing anybody for any reason is good!
but money seems kind of generic.
there have to be better ways of getting some, right?
most of the people here who aren't me are professionals, and I'm a kid.
what am i going to do with a hundred million dollars?
also, how do we change text colors?
steelmagnolias: (jasmine and rose)

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-11-28 07:34 pm (UTC)(link)
[ I can't help you with any of that, but I'm a little surprised at how shameless this motive is.

It doesn't seem like it's Coach-chan's doing, either. Otherwise we'd have a lot more colors and faces. ]
incrediblystressedout: (is this the right pose for a 90's girl?)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-11-29 05:34 am (UTC)(link)
yeah. it's pretty easy to spot a typing style like that, not to mention the vocabulary.
she mentioned she was doing this as a favor to someone. i'm guessing this is at least one of the "someone"s?
steelmagnolias: (it's sensual sensual sensual)

Pretend I didn't fuck up the HTML on that last comment

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-11-29 05:36 am (UTC)(link)
She also seemed really defensive when I asked her where her parents were. Not sure if this has anything to do with that.
incrediblystressedout: (where the heck does it want me to click?)

Speaking of!

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-11-29 05:46 am (UTC)(link)

there's a lot of reasons why a girl might not want to talk about her parents.
just saying.
but it could be related, yeah.

steelmagnolias: (the spirit of nostalgia is passing me by)

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-11-29 06:11 am (UTC)(link)
[ He has experience with these parental issues, so. ] We could maybe try talking to her about this motive the next time we find her. Maybe you could try as well, Joey-chan?
incrediblystressedout: (is this the right pose for a 90's girl?)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-11-29 06:18 am (UTC)(link)
yeah. i don't know for sure whether i should trust her, but i'd definitely like to talk to her more.
i mean, in general, i think talking is more likely to solve the kind of situation we have here than anything else?
we can't run away and we have no one to fight, so that's our best option, right?
and life coach seems pretty cool outside of the "conspiracy to commit kidnapping and murder" stuff.
steelmagnolias: (it's sensual sensual sensual)

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-11-29 08:02 am (UTC)(link)
She seems like a normal kid to me. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing.

incrediblystressedout: (this is fine)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-12-03 11:37 pm (UTC)(link)
yeah exactly.
she reminds me of my babysitter, at least a few years ago when she was like 16.
i don't know if she'd still act like that sober but i like to think she would, actually.
steelmagnolias: (dream of ambrosia all flavors glow)

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-12-04 05:53 am (UTC)(link)
[ wait what ]

...is your babysitter usually drunk?
incrediblystressedout: (thrill 'em with daylight)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-12-04 05:59 am (UTC)(link)
well i mean, if you define "usually" as "constantly", yes.
she's a wonderful girl, though! i would rather have her around than Pa like 100% of the time.
she's just kind of an awful role model.
steelmagnolias: (you told me nothing)

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-12-04 07:59 pm (UTC)(link)
...I can kind of see that.

[ I MEAN. ]

Not to disrespect her or anything, but.
incrediblystressedout: (this is fine)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-12-06 06:00 am (UTC)(link)
no, yeah, she's got her faults. i'm not eight anymore, i can see them.
but she's the closest thing to an adult who's there for me, you know?
i wouldn't trade her drunk butt for anything.
i just kinda hope she kicks that before she has her own kids...
steelmagnolias: so rigorous, she's vigorous (a limb disposed of)

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-12-14 04:00 am (UTC)(link)
If she's anything like me, it's probably going to be a really long time before she even considers that.

[ Ah, misspent youth... ]
incrediblystressedout: (thrill 'em with daylight)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-12-14 04:03 am (UTC)(link)
yeah.
addiction can be a powerful thing, and all that.
do you have kids?
steelmagnolias: (Default)

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-12-14 05:56 am (UTC)(link)
Heh, not that I know of.

I'd say that I haven't met the right person yet, but I'm not even sure if that's true, given how fucked our memories are at this point.

I just haven't felt ready for it until recently.
incrediblystressedout: (is this the right pose for a 90's girl?)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-12-14 06:03 am (UTC)(link)
there's definitely no rush on it.
say whatever else about my pa, he is ANCIENT considering i'm only 14.
going off of him you've got another few decades to settle down.
steelmagnolias: (dream of ambrosia all flavors glow)

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-12-14 08:31 am (UTC)(link)
[ Aren't you 14 HOW IS YOUR DAD OLDER THAN HIS DAD ]

I just turned 40 some time ago.
incrediblystressedout: (thrill 'em with daylight)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-12-14 03:33 pm (UTC)(link)
huh. i don't know if i thought you looked older or younger than that.
steelmagnolias: (Default)

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-12-14 06:27 pm (UTC)(link)
You wouldn't believe how much work goes into not looking like you've been through a war once you hit 30.

[ He's never had plastic surgery or anything, but... well. He moisturizes. Quite often. ]
incrediblystressedout: (is this the right pose for a 90's girl?)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-12-14 06:29 pm (UTC)(link)
yeah, not a thing i'm looking forward to, even if i do become a professional performer and HAVE to.
although come to think of it, a lot of dancers change career around or before then.
maybe that's a good way to fit in dancing and veterinarian work...
Edited 2017-12-14 18:29 (UTC)
steelmagnolias: so rigorous, she's vigorous (a limb disposed of)

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-12-15 09:12 am (UTC)(link)
I used to be a performer back when I was younger and healthier, before I went back to school and got into architecture.

It's certainly possible.
incrediblystressedout: (this is fine)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-12-16 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
yeah. yeah!
hey that actually sounds like kind of an ideal career path.
just...for different reasons, in my case.
how hard is going back to school?
steelmagnolias: (Default)

[personal profile] steelmagnolias 2017-12-20 07:48 pm (UTC)(link)
It depends. I was still pretty young when it happened, so it wasn't too difficult.

I don't think I could manage now, though.
incrediblystressedout: (no pistols and a wink)

[personal profile] incrediblystressedout 2017-12-21 02:12 pm (UTC)(link)
yeah. the older you get, the harder it is to learn new things.
although i can confirm via experimentation that you can teach an old dog new tricks.
they're just more stubborn about it.
