Well, it's mostly a good morning. Those who are waking up in their bedrooms wake up to another boring morning. At least as boring as this place can allow, but even so, everything seems perfectly fine in that wing. Perfectly normal.

However, that feeling of normalcy might not stick around for too long. Especially as people start approaching the stairs going down to the food court...]

[The first thing Helena will see, regardless of how many people have gone into Crab-O-Licious, is that there is a small trail of water leading outside of that restaurant.]

[ We're following this trail. Where does it end and what direction does it go in generally? ]

[It goes generally towards the Barcade, but given how faint the trail is, it ends pretty quickly soon after Helena starts to follow it.]

[ She is going to continue in the direction of the trail anyway. Anything off in the area around Barcade? ]

[Nothing near the Barcade, no.

There may be more elsewhere, though, or even where she started...]

[ That is indeed where she returns as this search yields no results. What else will glancing around the crime scene entrance reveal to her, if anything? ]

[Probably the first thing is the scuff marks, also on the floor, near the water trail. They look like they're black in color.]

How big are they?

And if Helena touches the edge of that black, does it stick to her fingers? Smell of anything, if so? Professional Investigation here..................... ]

[They are decently-sized.

A little bit does come off onto her fingers if she rubs it, and smells vaguely of rubber.]

There is a pair of shoes inside the trash.]

[ So she gotta get them out of there, huh? What size, what color, what making (cheap, expensive)? Is there blood on them? ]

[They look uncannily like the shoes the victim was wearing in his wound diagram picture.]

[ Well, she'll definitely pick up on it right away, because the trained eye is... well, trained.

Anything weird about them? And are those rubber soles? ]

[They are sneaker-like but also very boot-like at the same time. It's fashionista, but at the same time practical.

And they definitely do have rubber soles.]

[ That leads us to some conclusions! Not the conclusion as to why they have been trashed, mind you, but hey? A body's been dragged, probably.

[This one's actually pretty easy to see, as it's in front of both Un-Steak My Heart and Crab-O-Licious - several food chairs look disturbed from their tables.]

[ Any pattern that indicates a reason for them to be moved, such as letting something pass through, maybe? Or a fight happening? ]

[It's not clear, but the chairs are definitely haphazardly moved around and toppled in some cases. ]

[ Well, then Helena will move away from the Food Court, onto to greener pastures. ]
