Well, it's mostly a good morning. Those who are waking up in their bedrooms wake up to another boring morning. At least as boring as this place can allow, but even so, everything seems perfectly fine in that wing. Perfectly normal.

I' afraid the evidence makes that highly unlikely.
The electrocution was caused by a length of stripped wire wrapped tightly around the victim's neck.
He was also handcuffed to a nearby oven, though I'm not sure what the point of that was. He must have already been unconscious when the current started.
