[As the Titled wake up in the morning, there is quiet. No crazy electrical smells waft in the air, no burnt flesh sears their nostrils. It's got to be a relief to everyone, as they start to stir.

Or, perhaps it would be a relief, until they look at their phones.

[Kurama is going to kneel down by Yuuri's body and start checking his wounds, starting with the more curious ones on his arms.]

[They are small, erratic cuts. It's pretty obvious these cuts didn't kill him.]

[Definitely something small, like a knife.]

[...do they look like they may be defensive wounds, as if Yuuri was blocking slashes with his arms?

After checking that, Kurama will move on to that head wound.]

[They could be, yes.

The head wound, meanwhile, is a very nasty gash indeed. Bloody and deep and not at all fun.]

[Is there any sign of what might have made it? Like maybe glass in his hair, just for an example off the top of the head with no relation to anything anyone else might be investigating.]

[It looks like it was probably the floor that made the injury. No glass in his hair.]

[Blunt force trauma. That could potentially be the death wound. Alright. He's not entirely sure he's going to want to see this, but it's time to roll the body over to check out that wound on his back.]

[And that is when Kurama can see the pool of blood beneath Yuuri's body as he does roll it over, along with the blood soaked onto Yuuri's shirt.]

[And that is why. Kurama hasn't actually forgotten that 'exsanguination' was listed as one of the causes of death. He hadn't seen nearly enough blood for that yet.

He's documenting everything on his phone camera as he goes, but he does hesitate for a moment before snapping that one.

He sets his jaw and lifts the back of Yuuri's shirt to reveal the actual wound.]

[Kurama might be surprised to see...well.

There are no visible wounds on Yuuri's back, but he can probably feel Yuuri's spine beneath the blood. There is definitely an injury beneath the skin, but there is nothing indicating that this was the injury that killed him.

There is also something else with his back: it's definitely hypostatic, discolored from blood inside the body.]

[So perhaps the blood soaked down through his shirt from the head wound? Because this looks like it's all internal bleeding.

He's going to check whether Yuuri's spine is still intact before checking something else.

He's going to check Yuuri's mouth for blood, given the signs of serious internal ruptures.]

[Kurama will find that Yuuri's spine is broken, specifically in the upper thoracic area.

And there's more, when Kurama goes to check Yuuri's face. Namely, there's no blood in Yuuri's mouth, but there's another place Kurama might find blood.]

[Bad news. He'd have probably been crippled even if he survived, with an injury like that...

Yeah, the mouth was the nicer option to start with. But finding nothing there, he'll also check ears, nose, and eyes.]

[He's just going to continue checking over Yuuri's body for any more blood or anything out of place, then.]

Yuuri's throat has been slit.]
