WEEK 3

[Once everyone has gotten out of the elevator, those who go to look for Akira and Kurama will find that they have been put into one of their rooms, together, safely tucked into bed with a glass of milk for each of them. And - aside from the bruises of being suctioned into a death cylinder and tranquilized with some very strong drugs - they are alive and unharmed.

Naturally, this means that Akira and Kurama are the first to experience the dreams, but everyone will experience them, once they finally fall asleep, for good and ill.

Despite everything, too, the survivors will find many other new things facing them as they wake up. A new evolution for their powers, a new wing...and a new rule, updated after the execution. The profiles have also been updated, to reflect the Titled's ever-dwindling numbers.

This is going to be a long week, that's for sure.

[After everyone pays to get in, and they get in, the door closes behind them, and they are plunged into medieval murk of gold and stone.

They are in a room with sixteen doors, and a staircase blocked off by a puzzle... and a floor covered in A MAAAAZE OF BEEEEAR TRAAAAAPS!!

...which you can easily sidestep, though there is a card sticking out of one them...]

Okay, this is awful. Also kind of a weird way to start a maze. Any ideas on how to safely get that card?

[ Making the least impressed face. Is there anything else in the room they could use to grab said card? ]

... Did anyone bring a stick or something? I only have my flashlight and dagger, so... I don't know.

Hm... Ursula, if you could set it off with your power, maybe we could grab it then?

[ IT'S WORTH A TRY? ]

Otherwise, Room 4 is open for perusal.]

Um... I can try? Give me a moment...

[ Okay... let's see. Would she be able to use her power to move the beartrap holding the card to the side? At least, some side of the room that isn't covered in beartraps and isn't by them? ]

[She can!

The beartrap is moved, leaving the card to flop harmlessly on the floor.]

[Let's go carefully pick that up and see what it says.]

But there is a QR code that can be scanned!]

Uh...Professor Croix? Ursula? Do either of you know what to do with this?

[ Just... staring. Victor... Victor... why does that feel vaguely like a name she's heard before?

... Oh, well. She's not sure where she would have heard it. Anyway. ]

... Who IS this?

[ Thinking... Thinking... Thinking... Ding. She quickly pulls up profiles and-- ]

[ She may have just gone pale. ]

...W-We should look for others along the way.

[Room 4 has a baseball bat in it, for some reason, as well as what looks like a code page.

I thought it initially was a room number, but seeing it here, too...

...this can't possibly have happened more than a couple times, can it? ...have?

... This game... what if it happened fourteen other times? What if it's something that happens all the time?

I used the ouija board-like device the other day, and one of the dead spoke to me. It wasn't Dio, or any of the others, I don't think. What if... it was one of these people? Victor, or this person... what if they're all dead, and here too?
