FINAL INVESTIGATION
[Its apparent when everyone wakes up that something isn't entirely right: Loewe's profile is gone.
It becomes incredibly apparent why, when people search: the bookshelf in Cafe MYJL has been destroyed, revealing the elevator behind it. Unlike the bookshelf itself, the elevator is not rigged with any kind of scanner; the Titled can get on the elevator without any problem. And, it goes down to the basement.
But. A thought occurs to everyone before they step on the elevator. They don't want to go down unprepared. Once they get on that elevator, they may not be allowed to come back up until they have finished what they started. If they are able to come back up at all.
So. Bring your supplies, your weapons, your notes on all of the information you've thus far gathered, your pets
And one you are prepared, you will find yourselves...going...

[There is a smell of burnt wire permeating the air around the elevator, and as everyone gets closer to the set of double doors at the end of the hall, the smell of bleach. A giant sword is stuck into the floor next to the double doors, with a very hastily-scrawled, blood-speckled note pinned by the sword: BOSS IS THIS WAY. -L
Loewe clearly knew he wasn't getting beyond the double doors alive - and, at the least, he had a sense of humor about it. In any case, at the moment, there is no real means of opening it from the outside anyways. Not yet, at least.
In the meantime, though, the entire basement is now ready to be explored. Some of the doors - Rooms 1, 2, and 6 - are locked with special locks that will need to be figured out, but otherwise?
Welcome to The Hall of Liberation.
And good luck, teams.]

So they changed at the end here. Interesting.
Shaking his head, he's going to check the rest of the drawer but if there's nothing else of note? Going to be checking the next drawer. ]
EVIDENCE
...Imprinting is vital to influencing thoughts and emotions when it comes to the Game. For Players, this is vital for missions, as imprinting allows for concepts and keywords to be fully realized as actions, as they come into being within the mind of the target of imprinting.
However, for higher-ranked individuals, it is possible to do the opposite. Instead of imprinting thoughts, for certain entry fees for example, it is important to create an imprint to allow a person to forget a concept or keyword. This of course would result in a net loss, as opposed to a gain, within the target's mind...
Like a normal imprint, this influence will eventually disappear, allowing the person to regain what they lost. This is primarly based on how long a given Game is (if for some reason a Player is imprinted to lose memories outside of their entry fee), as well as whether the memories in question were a true entry fee and not a simple imprint. If the former, memories are restored after some time, or if the target in question dies (as opposed to being erased).
If the latter, then should the player lose in the Game but be somehow restored to life due to Game rules, it is a given that the memory loss is permanent...

The risk of some permanently losing their memories for good was there too. He's going to snap a picture of this document for later, as well as those pages from the diary. They were going to be important later. Though once that's done is there anything else notable in this drawer or has he found everything? ]

It has been sent to three other e-mail addresses, though these seem to be redacted from the e-mail itself somehow.]

~Memory Regression
~’Hostages’ (Ask about making photographs to make Players believe loved ones are here, not in reality)
~Change the Past? Speak about being able to change a memory?
~Erase someone from existence, Player Choice
~Illness? I...do not think this is possible and we are not trying to kill everyone.
~Protection? From what might be harming them in their world, a person, etc.
Note to Self: Do not try to overdo on these suggestions like holding a pistol to another’s head or show a herd of elephants. I may suggest them but making them believe it is another notion. That and I think he may drop out of exhaustion again. Or drink first.

[As for that document...]
[2/2]
This document is for my knowledge, to understand the abilities and tools of this plane. I am also one of these ‘aliens’ and can use all the intel I can.
A PSYCH is what they call a power on the Planes. They can vary from offensive, defensive, and strangely bizarre. I say bizarre because one so called power does not grant an ability but money instead! Technically, there are four types of Psychs to fight against the enemy:
-Positive: Used for close combat
-Negative: Used for ranged combat
-Neutral: These are irregular attacks
-Ability: These do not deal direct damage but they have an effect nonetheless. So the money ability can be considered as an example.
A PIN is what stores the psychs and makes them usable. While it has been known that some can use as many as six pins, for our purposes, each Player will only be given one to fit their needs. Pins do have the ability to evolve along with the Player, making them stronger. Pins are the only way to combat the enemy effectively and not anyone can use them. It takes a certain skill in order to use one, which is why we must be selective in who we choose. However, we cannot just pluck any person from a plane and hand them a power and this leads into the next point of Imagination.
IMAGINATION is key when it comes to selecting Players. If we were to describe it, the definition would be as if we were speak of power. Whether it be brute strength or cunning or creativity, Imagination exists and it is a key component to using Psychs. An interesting fact about it is that people in general only have enough Imagination to use one or two psychs at most so it is exceptionally rare to find someone who can use so many. These people tend to have a higher Esper Ranking, therefore being able to ascend to a higher state of being. I suppose saying that they may become God-like is adpt...that is if they do not return to the Living.
