WEEK 1
[The train wouldn't stop. Not until very early the next morning. The few who might have been awake would be able to exit the train, entering the cool twilight of the dawn. The star is dark, and few stars can be seen in the sky as a cold breeze begins to blow from the mountain beyond. You can see some chunks of rock floating idly nearby, far away from the station that it won't hit trains, but near enough that one can see they are larger than the train they just disembarked.
Lastly, laid out in front of them, the first port of call: Menahoven. The mountain: The Throat of the World.
But which world? Who knows. Not any of yours. Maybe it doesn't matter. Not when you are so far from home. Not when you have no way to get off this rock without the aid of the trains-and they will not let you pass.
It looks like you're stuck here until the Conductor decides to leave. In the meantime, everyone will need to get comfortable.
There are fifteen strangers left in this place.]

A-Ah... I-I'm fine. I just... I remembered that uh... I can't go in there. F-For my... health.
[ Wait that sounds lame on it's own doesn't it? ]
There's... t-things in there that I get bad r-reactions to s-so I uh... yeah. That's why.

Ah ... I see.
[ He hasn't looked into the forge yet to see what was there but-- ]
Is it ... weapon of any kind?
[ he doesn't really mean to pry but ... at the same time the knowledge could be useful to making sure he doesn't accidentally hurt atsushi in the future with whatever it is.
But he won't push if Atsushi doesn't want to answer. ]

It's.. ah... sort of... that. Heated metals...
[ He presses a hand to his left side, just below his ribs. Maybe it will totally distract from how he'd been tugging on his collar earlier. ]
I have some scars a-and the memories associated with them... aren't ones I want to r-relive.

Say no more. How about we go elsewhere so you can take it all off your mind.
[ there's plenty of other places to see no need to stand in front of someplace that brings up bad memories for atsushi! ]

[ That is what that other place down the opposite end of this hall was and meant they could be FAR away from this place which was just making him anxious standing so close to it. ]
no subject
[ he hasn't been there yet so it doesn't sound like a bad idea. anything to help atsushi ]
