Case 1 Afterparty
[That had been a lot. That trial had been a lot. But while Akane half feels like she's dreaming, or like she's waking from a nightmare, and though her head hurts from crying, she had made a promise. A part of her takes refuge in that, as though it were a life ring tossed to a drowning man.
Consequently she has retraced her steps, returned to the kitchen that she'd gone to this morning, and is making soup.
Everyone else who is trapped on this ship are free to disseminate as they will, to pursue their own interests or to grieve, but soon enough after anyone who comes into the dining hall or kitchen (and especially you, Hubert, she is finding you and dragging you in if you will not willingly submit) is going to be offered a bowl of soup.
Everybody feel free to join in on the soup party or else set up your own scenarios, I'm not your mom.]

Hey. Would you like to add something? I haven't heard anyone mention allergies, so I thought something to share would be good.
[At some point the curry is done, so Makima is in the mess hall, eating it. Those who pass by without coming in—]
Won't you come inside? So many of us haven't eaten yet today.
[FOR AKANE IN KITCHEN:]
I think this will be nice. Bulky things might be difficult after everything that has happened.

He'd taken some time to visit Loki and his little cat, giving them apt attention as needed and then went down to D deck to check something out when he hears Makima's voice and he straightens up. The smile Roland puts on happens way too fast and offers a small wave, though anyone at all would be able to spot how absolutely weary he appeared. ]
Ah, well. I fear I wouldn't be able to stomach much of anything after that trial.
[ Okay so he's being a little stubborn here. ]

That'd be great! Lessie...something good to go in curry, maybe? I usually have some garlic in mine...that's just me, though.

Thanks for stepping up to help during the trial. I admit, after our first meeting I didn't exactly have you pegged as the most reliable sort, but you've got a good head on your shoulders.

She won't accept food, but will sit on the floor against a wall. And...try to deal? Hyperventilate? Cry? She doesn't know.]

[Alright, he was going to go talk to Akane, but this immediately catches his attention. He sits down next to Ritsu.]

Who wants to take care of this now? It is one of the clues we have for the identity of our Fabricator.
[He means the sword. But he will also give the head to Moriarty like he wanted, for whatever reason. And before he can ask:]
Not you, Hermes.
Bathroom
[Immediately after, Kira is in here washing his hands. Several times. It's not so much because he touched a corpse's head... but looking at it so long at his podium he could really tell that Power in particular was just this grimy little goblin, who, surprise surprise, really and truly did try to commit murder for cheeseburgers and Disney. He isn't sure if he'll be able to give his podium the same treatment when he returns to the trial, but he can at least do something about himself in this. Yoshikage Kira has standards! Once he's finally satisfied with his hands though, he'll go on to wash his face, because they still don't have showers. Ugh.]
Two weeks living like this... [Should he just sponge down? Everyone already saw the gun show, what is there to lose?]
Mess Hall
[Regardless of his decision, he did change his clothes to the spare T-shirt outfit by Soup Time. Casual Friday has finally come. He is sipping his blandly.]
Compliments to the chef.
[general conversations can happen here. He honestly does not seem like he cares about anything else now that the trial is over. Maybe this is how he copes?]
no subject
Thank you, though...I believed Miss Anya was the one who placed Power's head in the kitchen.
[Then again he might have Missed something with the, uh, sad end of the trial.]

Anya...she had been like a young student, and yet...the game they were in, the one they were forced to play, could not even accept an accidental death. And Power...
....what a mess it had all been. From the investigation to the very trial itself. Not helped by his own antics, of course. For shame.
So, that is how he ended up sprawled out on one of the couches in the lounge, staring up vaguely at the ceiling. Still shirtless.]
....A pity, truly. Neither of them deserved to die.
[He'll just....say that to the open air. Is anyone near? Was it meant to be overheard? who the hell knows.
Eventually he'll make his way to the mess hall, still not eating, scribbling down what looks like a hell of a lot of complicated equations.
What is this even for?]
Mess Hall
What'cha calculating, uh...Pops? Akane's Pops?
[He's half-joking to get some kind of levity here.]

Connor's plan/ TW: mentions of possible fighting, possible rebellion, possible going down swinging
The General blinked and frowned, looking at his watch for a long time. He's been silent since the execution and the after-party left him no reason to celebrate.
John left a note on the table in his room:
Dear those who are looking for me, Zero shall not take another life, another soul, nobody deserves to die like this, not even you guys.[ He left a few things, military tag and whatever else he could find to occupy himself. ]
The letter is laid on the table: This is the true me: I'm General Connor, Leader of the Human Resistance against Skynet. I don't care if you are robot, human, demon or whatever, life your lives how you choose."
John walked to the others in the mess:
Good luck out there who still need that hope. I wish I could have fought for you guys longer, but fate says it's not meant to be.

Makima was eating her food in her unusually calm manner but she certainly at least stopped to look up at John.
"I haven't seen that you're in any more danger than the rest of us right now...?"
