[A week has passed. There's been no body, no investigation, no trial. No deaths. Congratulations!

Now the question is, will it last? At the moment, the Commander seems content with forcing people to do petty and mean-spirited errands in return for a mere shower. On the one hand, it's just for showers. On the other hand, what if the demands start to get more extreme? Would caving in encourage her? Is anyone willing to try and find out?

Honesty, with all the strange dates and information floating around from what's been uncovered, the only one in this place who's probably not worried as the time slips into its next movement is Sir Riprazor McRockfang. That's right, he's a sir. A grumpy sir, yes, but still a sir. No one's going to mess with him, regardless of what his true origins may be. And if they do, beware - he bites. Omnom. Actually, I must profess some honesty: I know it's some kind of corn, I just... don't know what kind.

So I suppose the answer is "some kind of weird corn".

I can tell you the rest of the ingredients were somewhat salvaged from the MREs, though. We could probably do a lot better if we had more than premade meal kits.

You know, I would be more then willing to make you food whenever you wanted if I could use the shower. It isn't like I've got anything better to do here anyway.

Monster food, huh? Always did get warned that I ran the risk of becoming what I'm supposed to fight, but... what kind of monster eats corn fungus?

[He just has this creepy fixed grin on his face now. He hit a nerve. This either frightened or hurt her. He knows he shouldn't revel in this, that is monstrous, but at the same time, after all she's put everything through in not even two weeks....]

[ Baku is giving a Look. The look that says, "You realize she'll take this out on all of us, right?" ]

[The grin says "she'll go after me, if I'm the loudest, and I want her to". It's... unsettlingly still, his face.]
